I called this company simply to get an estimate for wedding transportation, and the experience was very disappointing. From the start, the person I spoke with sounded like he did not want my business. I politely explained the wedding area and the pickup and drop-off locations I needed, and instead of being helpful, he acted like my questions were unreasonable. The conversation felt rude and dismissive the entire time. What really stood out was being told, "good luck," which was completely unprofessional. 5 Stars for Rodney. Easygoing, laid back, on time... gave my 14 friends and I great recommendations for restaurants and things to do on our trip from North Tahoe to Reno. The bus is clean spacious and the sound system is legit (your DJ friend can connect their super sick playlist to Bluetooth). Cost was $115/hour + gratuity. We used his services for 7 hours, but he also seemed flexible to let us stay out for longer if we wanted to. Would recommend to a friend. read more

We were staying in Truckee and wanted to see Steve Miller all the way around the lake at South Shore. Since we're all adults, we don't drink and drive but we do like to drink! Owner is incredibly RUDE and unprofessional. He "forgot" to put my reservation in his books and showed up 2 hours late! When we called it was our fault for "not following up with him"- yet we booked less than a week in advance. Would NEVER book through this company again. We were charged the full 4 hours, when we only received 2 hours of service. And...this is a cheaper option compared to others because it's more like an airport shuttle, rather than a party bus. We rented a party bus for my sister's bachelorette party and it was such a great experience!! Our driver, Russell, was very nice, helpful and accommodating. The bus came equipped with a Bluetooth stereo, coolers with ice and water, and cup holders. Prices are very reasonable, especially compared to the other companies I've looked at in the area. I used these guys for the first time when I had friends visiting from out of town. They had a flight that departed out of Reno at 5:30 AM - Argh! Since we were driving back home that day, I didn't think leaving at 3:45 AM was a good idea, so I looked into a car service. I was a bit nervous about using them on my friends for the first time, but they were great. They arrived at the house 15 mins early (3:30 AM), and got them to the airport in comfort and class.
