Amazing Rip off!!! I am booking a sprinter van and SUV for my daughter's wedding. Initial quote for the sprinter from S. Reno to a location up Mt. Rose Hwy, one way..... a three hour minimum for a 30 minute trip per Google Maps. After the wedding, an SUV to take the bride and groom from the Mt. Rose location to S. Reno, again, 20-30 minute trip with a two hour minimum for the SUV. Okay, I can deal with this as I understand minimum, so I add one stop in Incline village for both the sprinter and SUV. Total trip time per Google Maps, 58 minutes. I just received a new quote that now for my TOTAL 58 minute trip, they have to increase the sprinter minimum time to 5 HOURS and the SUV for 3 HOURS!!!!! For a 58 minute job!!! If that is not a complete rip off, tell me what is. read more

Top of the line service from this company!! I was so impressed with the friendly chauffeur and the whole experience! I chose a stretch Limo for my daughter's graduation party. The Limo picked her and 7 friends up at school and took them to Tahoe for a picnic and back to school. The chauffeur, Stewart was kind and good to the kids. We rented a sprinter for an airport pickup of a group of friend coming to the area for the first time. The driver (Sean) arrived a couple minutes early to pick up my wife and I at our house. First impression of the vehicle..it's showing some wear. I would highly recommend the company put some TLC into the vehicle. If based on the vehicle alone...3 stars. But, Sean was amazing! Very personable and went out of his way to show us a good time! He had a cooler with champagne and sparkling apple juice since one of the guests was a child. We had a great time! Toured the town. Got some great pics. Even filled a request to see some wild horses! Sean really made the experience! read more

I LOVE THIS COMPANY. shout over. i will explain why. our flights must have changed over 5 times and then the storm hit the Northstar resort meaning we had to catch our flights out the day before. it seems nothing fazes them. such customer service and helpfulness is hard to find these days. in a nutshell flight changes and times are no problem, and credit card security issues ok they worked with me to fix the issue. big snowstorm. no problem they picked us up on time every time. i may never go back to ski in Northstar, now that i skied there, but and so i have no need to praise them. but wow they were just amazing. so thank you ty and his team. thank you for making our vacation happen and the delight of being transported from and to the ritz with your team read more

Charged $328.16 for one person from Reno Airport to Tahoe City. OUTRAGEOUS PRICES!! Also, if your flight is cancelled coming into Reno and you have a pickup from them, you have to pay it anyway and can't just give them the new flight info on a new plane that is not canceling. TERRIBLE POLICY!! Not customer friendly or even fair in these times when airlines are canceling so many flights. Driver was nice, but car was just OK... not a limo... read more

This is a great company. I had received a quote for limousine service for my daughter's wedding. Two days before the big day, that company called and wanted to charge an additional $600. Needless to say I did not use them. I called Reno Tahoe-Tahoe limousine and was able to secure a limousine and they saved the day. Our driver G was fantastic. He arrived early and was very understanding when the wedding party ran late most of the day. Their limousine was perfect and my daughter was equally impressed by G. We had the best experience with this business. I hired them for my son's birthday. From Heather (I think was her name) making the reservation, to Tim Vasquez- our driver. The limo was fully stocked with champagne glasses for the kids to drink their sparkling cider and pop. The driver Tim, gave them his phone to have full control of the music. He took us to the GSR and then home. To top it off, he picked up my son's friends in the neighborhood and drove them down the street a few times because we had a little time left!!! We opted for Reno Tahoe Limo this year for the Twin's annual Garage Sale Birthday Limo extravaganza. What? Doesn't everyone rent a limo and go garage sale-ing for their birthday? No, just us? Well you are totes missing out. Last year we were a tad disappointed with the company we chose and I am pleased to say that Reno Tahoe met and exceeded our expectations. The driver freaking rocked. The limo was HUGE and awesome, and the rates were comparable to the other companies in town. Believe me I shopped around and made an excel spreadsheet to track my results. The communication in the months leading up to our wedding day was excellent. 24 hours prior to the start of service, we received an update regarding the driver and their contact information. However, for our first day, the bus showed up 15 minutes late to take the guests back to the hotel from our welcome party. When I tried to reach the driver, they didn't pick up. Eventually the driver came and took them back. I also want to recognize that the driver on the wedding night waited an extra 25 minutes for the bride and groom to board the bus on the way back to the hotel. I have never, ever experienced better customer service with a limo company. There is no question if you need to hire car service in the Reno-Tahoe area this is the only company you should consider. They absolutely saved the day and I still don't know how to adequately say thank you to those involved. Due to the recent snowstorm and highway closure my son was stranded at 15 years old at the airport while enroute to meet his coach in Truckee. While I sat in CT an absolute mess their dispatch (Sophia) called me constantly to update me. There was absolutely nothing they could do and my son was going on 24 hours of travel alone with no plan. When they realized that there was no good sign that the highway was going to open, they chose to pick him up and take him a complicated back way which took double plus the amount of time. It was an incredible effort from the driver Brandon and dispatch (Sophia I believe was her name) and Ty from the beginning. I am eternally grateful for the help of this company. Used this company on the 4th of July, 2020 up in Squaw Valley. We had 14 people, but each of us had our own seat (per the company's awesome safety regulations due to COVID). The bus was cleaned before and after, and in great condition. The driver showed up early, masked, and was so very polite. This company was so easy to work with (even last minute on my end). I had a great experience with this company, except for a small blip at the beginning. A few weeks ago I emailed them for a quote from their website. I did not hear back from them a day later so I called. I nice gentleman assisted me and verified they did not receive the email I had sent. He gave me all the quote information I needed over the phone and reserved a 10 seat limo for our party. It was cool to hear that a 6 seat limo is the same price as a 10 seat limo too! I then got an email with a form to sign, scan, and email back to them. A day before our service I received a confirmation call where they just double checked everything. Saturday, the day of our service, the chauffeur, Steve, showed up promptly and was wonderful. He handled the birthday party with six super excited 10 year old girls like a sport. He dropped them off at the theater and gave us his cell number so that we could text him when we wanted him to pull up to pick them up. We thought that was a nice extra. When he brought the girls home he was super kind and warned us quietly that they were really bummed the ride was ending. He was just a really nice guy to work with - BIG smile the whole time. ZERO!!!! Issues: - Missing location. - Reno Tahoe Limo has been to the location multiple times (confirmed by Liz). They missed turnoffs at least once if not twice jeopardizing the wedding timeline. - As a part of the contract, waters were to be included on all busses and seats. As witnesses on at least two buses, those were not present. - Drivers were instructed to hand out taxi fliers to all guests debarking from the shuttle, this did not happen. - The final bus did not have space for all guests. - Final Bus Driver was unprofessional to multiple people - He asked Mother of Bride to drive the Bride and Groom multiple times despite her informing him that a payment was made for the extra trip. - Not only was this not professional but he was also asking a drunk person to drive the Bride and Groom to their final destination even after said confirmed payment. - The drivers lack of concern for the Bride and Groom, the most important people is disturbing. The Groom (myself) engaged in conversation during the max capacity and payed me no respect. He did not care who I was, did not try to resolve the issue and cared not who was on his bus. His only concern from my conversation with him was his getting home at a decent hour. read more
