I used them from reno to Tahoe the ride was ok.... the driver got me and my wife and mom from point a to point b.... The second driver "RICK" was AMAZING!! I asked him to take me another way so we could see the scenic route. As which he did! This guy is TOP NOTCH! Very respectful to other drivers (pulled over to let faster traffic go by him on inclines). We are very happy that we where able to get him as our driver this time. We flew in to Reno and needed transportation to Sacramento for dinner and then to be taken back to Reno. Kyle provided us an all inclusive quote that was FAR better than other services we called. He was punctual (even early) when he arrived to pick us up so that he could ensure we arrived in Sacramento on time for dinner. He knew we were celebrating a very special 90th birthday and told us to take our time and not to rush, he'd be at the restaurant to get us when we were ready to head back. If I could leave a minus rating I would. I got I quote for a limousine service for my daughter's wedding two months before the event. I followed up two weeks and a week before the wedding and was assured everything was alright. Two days before the wedding I had not heard from the company and called. Two days before my daughter's wedding the person at the company stated the only limousine that was available in the general are was now coming from Reno, NV and that the cost was now almost double my original quote. I was dumbfounded and was unwilling to pay that much. I was unable to get any resolution from their supervisor. Got a last minute sprinter van for my neices wedding. Dave was awesome! They were prompt, kind and helped us last minute!

The limo service was arranged and reserved to escort our grandson and his friends to their prom. There was no issue with the service or the car. Both were excellent and well enjoyed by all involved. The issue is that when the arrangements were made and a price was agreed upon, it was not honored. The day before the prom, they called and stated that they could not honor the price that was quoted. They ended up revising the price by 150%, leaving us in a situation as there were several teens looking forward to a memorable evening. I find this tactic of doing business as being unacceptable and I would only recommend them with fair warning that the price can change at any time after arrangements are made. read more

Please read the whole review. I should have listened to a relative when they suggested Sunset Limo services, because at Executive Limo you don't get what you pay for, if not way less. I planned a ride for my friends 21st birthday with Executive Limo for thier two hour minimum on the party bus sprinter for 14 people. Executive Limo was nice during phone calls but failed to respond quickly to further questions when I left my information to be called back and the staff had no knowledge of their own services when it came to the vehicles themselves. My simple question was what type of music was played during the rides, and had asked three days prior to the date I planned the service and had to call back myself everyday for three days and got responses such as "uh I don't know." Finally one lady I spoke to knew much more than any of the other 5 staff members I spoke to and very nicely answered all my questions. Not a huge deal but very frustrating to say the least. Moving onto the day of the service, the driver introduced himself, not wearing a mask, no gloves, no temperature check and no hand sanitizer. Pretty odd if you ask me during a world wide pandemic, especially with a bus of 14 people. Also this man didn't take the time to ID everyone on the bus since it was all inclusive with alcohol. Easily could have driven around minors and could face serious consequences with that much carelessness for his profession if thier was consumption of alcohol by minors. The driver also did not give any guidelines/rules for the services, ex: wear seat belts. Everything starts off pleasantly despite these odd encounters within the first 15 minutes. After one hour our driver pulls over to our ending location and abruptly kicked all of my group off the bus. Not only was this man extremely rude doing so, there was no respect, no professionalism and no warning. As a 26 year old I am an adult and respect elderly people but once you rudely disrespect me because I'm a part of a younger age group is when I draw a line. How dare the driver say my party of people had "consumed too much alcohol" when we all were very coherent enough to walk, talk and clean up the bus even after our requests and paid services were ignored and disregarded. I don't believe I've ever experienced such a bad occasion with a company like this before. I highly do not recommend this company. Not only did I experience such a horrible ride, I have called Executive Limo the day after my service and was asked for my information and that they would call me back within a few hours. This was not done, so I proceeded to call again the next day politely and was told the certain lady within customer services for a partial refunds was not in that day; I gave my information to them AGAIN. Which is astonishing considering they should have my information on file from the many calls/info I left with them before the service. I call again the next day and am told the same customer service lady is busy and am asked to leave my info AGAIN! I'm being ignored at this point and no consideration is given about my requests for a partial refund, not even an entire refund which would be more appropriate if this company gave a sh*t about thier customer service. Absolutely disgusted by this lack of effort given by this company. My problem is STILL not resolved. read more

Please read the full story. I had the opportunity to experience service from Executive Limousine service on July 1st 2022. Through circumstances that appeared to be out of their control, we were not able to be transported in the initial vehicle requested. Their office staff went above and beyond in trying to accommodate our request. The transportation to the Tannenbaum venue, was in my 27 years of transportation experience, was outstanding. The only reason I am rating them two stars, relates to the service received on the return trip from the venue. Mark, the limousine driver who drove the bride and the groom, again was outstanding. We were offered two SUV's to return guest to the Peppermill which was great, however, drivers were not the same drivers we had at the beginning of the day. Unfortunately, the guest experience on the way back to the Peppermill was less than professional or safe. The driver in one SUV's was asked to stop playing a song that was offensive to a female passenger who was sitting in the front seat, the driver instead turned the music up. The driver in the second SUV was speeding and crossing double yellow lines which made the passengers feel unsafe. I was pleased to learn that each vehicle was equipped with video support. I was able to speak to the operations manager who was able to view the video of the first SUV, but stated from her perspective, the driver did nothing wrong. The operations manager further stated, she was not able to verify the actions of the second SUV who was speeding due to video issues. In the end, there were only two options to get my guest to and from the wedding venue, and I am highly disappointed in the service I received on the return trip from this company. Furthermore, I will be contacting the Nevada department of transportation to file a complaint as I believe the driver who was speeding was reckless and placed my family in danger. read more

They realize the err of their ways and call me today to tell me their 14 person limo has to go into the shop for 3 weeks and they need to cancel the reservation. No accommodation, no alternative. I had to ask for options, which they eventually quoted at a higher price. Wow! If not for Ed at Sunset Limo I would be in a world of hurt for my son's wedding. We used Executive Limo Service for an impromptu night on the town last week, bar hopping our way through downtown Reno. Our driver, Mel, was early to pick us up and graciously drove us all over town, always on hand when we were ready to get on to the next stop. With all the merriment, one of us left a Camelback water bottle in the car...something just expensive enough to want back.
