I've completed eight 100-mile running races since that initial visit - - Spending a lot of time on my feet can lead to a whole assortment of issues and Dr Condon has helped me through various injuries (a couple of bouts of plantar fasciitis, sprains, and tendinitis) and regular blister preventative care. When the PF flared up during a recent training cycle, he treated it with the shockwave therapy system and it was miraculous. I'm currently receiving a round of shockwave treatment for a tendinitis injury and hoping for the same result. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs their feet in top condition! His Truckee office staff has always been very kind to me as well.

Several doctors and specialists seemed to offer no insights or resolution. I had tried many things- Western and Eastern and in between! It's been 3 months since my first visit and I have been symptom free the entire time (which is crazy) and several other aspects of my health have improved significantly. This was not just a rescue from a health crisis, it was a big quality of life shift for me. If you're reading this, perhaps you can relate. I highly recommend Dr. Viland and his team!

I visited Dr. Tim at Tahoe City Chiropractic during our annual family trip to Lake Tahoe just…read morebefore the Fourth of July. On the very first night, I managed to get a brutal kink in my neck thanks to a questionable timeshare pillow. The pain and immobility were so bad my wife insisted I see a chiropractor. Even though they were out of network and I had to pay cash ($125 for the new patient assessment and $75 for the adjustment), it ended up being some of the best money I've ever spent. Dr. Tim was incredibly kind, thorough, and generous with his time. He didn't just focus on the immediate neck pain -- he took a deep dive into my history of injuries, mobility, and overall fitness goals. His approach felt truly holistic. After some time resting with CBD cream and a heating pad, he came back in and delivered what I can only describe as a "bomber" adjustment. The relief was so immediate and powerful I actually teared up. I told him, "I feel like I should give you a hug." With the calm confidence of someone who is one part Kurt Russell and one part martial arts sensei, he said, "Well, that's okay," and gave me a good‑natured embrace. I was able to see him again a few days later to reinforce the work before our 10‑hour drive back to Los Angeles, which made a huge difference. If I lived in Tahoe, I'd be in his office regularly. If you're visiting and something goes sideways with your back or neck, I can't recommend Dr. Tim and his wonderful staff highly enough. Next year I'll be back -- but since I'm over 40, I'll also be bringing my own pillow.

His experience in Karate gives Dr. Tim an extra boost with his hands and the ability to seek, find and penetrate into those areas especially painful. His business is all word of mouth. I am so lucky to have met him back in 2013 ( at his old location) . I start going to Gabe ( formally Tahoe Laser PT) a few years ago and he healed some injuries with his laser and manual physical therapy. Gabe is kind, intuitive, and a master healer that I highly recommend to anyone seeking more than just traditional manual physical therapy. I use his Red light therapy pod, known as the Novothor on a regular basis. The Novothor is a very expensive machine that looks like a sun tanning bed but emits healing red light and infrared evenly to your entire body. Anyone wanting to heal their mitochondria ( especially those who have Cancer or who have had Cancer) should be using the Novothor. Here in Truckee we cover up our bodies in the winter so we miss out on the healing effects of the suns rays, the Novothor can make up for this. I use the Novothor in the evenings after work as Gabe has set up a keyless system to check yourself in and out even when his office is closed. I can't believe we have access to the Novothor and almost no one knows we have it here in Truckee/North Lake Tahoe.
