This is the first time ever I leave a negative review since I believe everybody makes mistakes!!…read moreTwo years ago a go I had a car accident and found this business through yelp. Upon arrival I was greeted and we agreed that with $ 5000 my car will be fixed and didn't bargain regarding pricing at all. After two week the car was ready and before accepting the job I did check the car and I see the engine light of the car is on!!? The owner which has no clue and history of running a business as mechanic shop tells me that don't worry I know people who can pass your car through inspection!!!! I said noooo!! This is not the way it works. We make a deal I have paid you what you asked I this needs to be fixed. He said that my mechanic say the issue is not related to you radiator fan and etc .. that you brought your car for!! And the added extra charge for changing the O2 sensor , after two weeks I noticed there is an oil leak under my car in the parking lot garage, and took the car back, owner says it not related to your accident that oil filter leaks, which all were related because my radiator was punctured, well there it is another charge for oil filter washerin two week so have to bring the car back because the temperature gauge is above normal!! He too much rely on his mechanic since he purchased the business from previous owner with the mechanic and he wants to keep the mechanic for this reason against my workweek another charge for oil filter washer also my head lights which were replaced had too much blind spot and whatever they to fix I t failed and I did accept. After another two week that started to make a squeaky noise which I had to have the mechanic to listen when I was moving the car when was Turner off , and found out when were the front bumper and radiator the did not secure the battery harness when fixing the front of the car. Making the story short with all the problems with paining and more the going back to the shop after 12 times to the shop even on time which the owner told the mechanic to check my vehicle and he said he can't because he didn't like me since I was making the right comments!! I did gave it way even the owner Ray made a comment the he will buy me a complimentary gift so I forget all the issues that happened. The assistant manager (Ashton) is well aware of all pain and suffering that I have been through. I did thank them and refused to ask for any thing. The last word of the owner was that I knew that you were trouble from the beginning (I wish people who runs a business had a clue what they are getting in). So so today after two years I just wanted how respectful they are and I had a problem with my other car, called the owner and he said I don't have time this week (we are fully booked)and I since it's not and urgent matter it can want for next week and he never responded back.. I did test this business for two times and they failed. I do not recommend this business since they are looking for easy and lucrative jobs.

The front staff is always friendly, and they tend to get work done pretty quickly, which I really appreciate. Most recently, I brought in my Kia EV9 and my VW Atlas for alignments. The EV9 was handled smoothly, although I did have to call to check whether it was ready. Not a big deal, just something to note. The Atlas visit is what really reminded me why I trust this shop. During their inspection, they noticed the oil filter and drain plug were leaking from an oil change I had done at Take 5 only two hours earlier. I'm extremely thankful they caught it. If I hadn't brought it in the same day, I could have ended up with a major engine problem. The only other minor issue I've ever had was a couple of years ago when my Pacifica's strut replacement was delayed, probably because of parts availability. Otherwise, every experience has been solid. Overall, Integrity 1st has earned my trust with their honesty, attention to detail, and friendly service. I'll keep bringing my vehicles here.

I initially visited Discount Tire to have my tires rotated as part of my 5,000-mile maintenance. During the service, Discount Tire broke a lug nut/stud and advised me to take my vehicle to Integrity 1st Automotive to have it repaired. When I brought my vehicle to Integrity 1st, I was informed that there were several additional maintenance items that needed attention. Some of these items I was already aware of and planned to have addressed by my regular mechanic when he returned from out of town in mid-August. However, I was told by Integrity 1st that my vehicle had a very serious oil leak that could not wait and needed to be repaired immediately. Based on their recommendation and the urgency they communicated to me, I authorized them to repair the oil leak and paid the amount charged for that service. I specifically understood that the oil leak had been repaired. After my regular mechanic returned, I took my vehicle to him to have the rack and pinion repaired. Because he does not perform front-end alignments, he recommended that I take the vehicle elsewhere for the alignment. I then returned to Integrity 1st Automotive for the alignment and was quoted $120, which I authorized. At that time, I was extremely surprised when I was again told that my vehicle had a very bad oil leak. I immediately questioned how this was possible since Integrity 1st had previously told me that the oil leak was serious, needed immediate attention, and had been repaired. I was then told that the previous repair addressed a different or lower leak and that this additional leak had not been seen at the time. This explanation is very concerning to me. When I authorized the original repair, I did so because I was specifically told that I had a serious oil leak that could not wait. I was never advised that only one portion of the leak was being repaired or that another oil leak might still remain. Had that been explained to me, I would have made a different decision regarding the repair. My regular mechanic, who has serviced my vehicle for approximately 15 years and specializes in Honda and Acura vehicles, was already aware of a very slow oil leak. His professional opinion was that it did not require immediate repair and could be monitored until it became significant enough to address. This is very different from what I was told by Integrity 1st. My primary concern is simple: If I paid Integrity 1st Automotive to repair what I was told was a serious oil leak, why was I later told by the same shop that I still had a very bad oil leak? I would like a detailed explanation of exactly what oil leak was diagnosed during my first visit, what repair was performed, what parts and labor I was charged for, and why the current leak was not identified at that time. I would also like Integrity 1st Automotive to review the charges associated with the original oil leak repair and determine what refund or corrective action is appropriate. I trusted the professional recommendation I was given and authorized the repair based on the urgency communicated to me. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to question whether the repair I paid for was necessary, complete, and properly explained. I hope Integrity 1st Automotive will take this complaint seriously and make a reasonable effort to resolve this matter.
