I've brought three different vehicles to Integrity 1st over the years, and they've consistently taken great care of me. The front staff is always friendly, and they tend to get work done pretty quickly, which I really appreciate. Most recently, I brought in my Kia EV9 and my VW Atlas for alignments. The EV9 was handled smoothly, although I did have to call to check whether it was ready. Not a big deal, just something to note. The Atlas visit is what really reminded me why I trust this shop. During their inspection, they noticed the oil filter and drain plug were leaking from an oil change I had done at Take 5 only two hours earlier. I'm extremely thankful they caught it. If I hadn't brought it in the same day, I could have ended up with a major engine problem. The only other minor issue I've ever had was a couple of years ago when my Pacifica's strut replacement was delayed, probably because of parts availability. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at Integrity 1st Automotive in Murphy, Texas regarding repairs to my Honda Ridgeline. I initially visited Discount Tire to have my tires rotated as part of my 5,000-mile maintenance. During the service, Discount Tire broke a lug nut/stud and advised me to take my vehicle to Integrity 1st Automotive to have it repaired. When I brought my vehicle to Integrity 1st, I was informed that there were several additional maintenance items that needed attention. Some of these items I was already aware of and planned to have addressed by my regular mechanic when he returned from out of town in mid-August. However, I was told by Integrity 1st that my vehicle had a very serious oil leak that could not wait and needed to be repaired immediately. Based on their recommendation and the urgency they communicated to me, I authorized them to repair the oil leak and paid the amount charged for that service. I specifically understood that the oil leak had been repaired. After my regular mechanic returned, I took my vehicle to him to have the rack and pinion repaired. Because he does not perform front-end alignments, he recommended that I take the vehicle elsewhere for the alignment. I then returned to Integrity 1st Automotive for the alignment and was quoted $120, which I authorized. At that time, I was extremely surprised when I was again told that my vehicle had a very bad oil leak. I immediately questioned how this was possible since Integrity 1st had previously told me that the oil leak was serious, needed immediate attention, and had been repaired. I was then told that the previous repair addressed a different or lower leak and that this additional leak had not been seen at the time. This explanation is very concerning to me. When I authorized the original repair, I did so because I was specifically told that I had a serious oil leak that could not wait. I was never advised that only one portion of the leak was being repaired or that another oil leak might still remain. Had that been explained to me, I would have made a different decision regarding the repair. My regular mechanic, who has serviced my vehicle for approximately 15 years and specializes in Honda and Acura vehicles, was already aware of a very slow oil leak. His professional opinion was that it did not require immediate repair and could be monitored until it became significant enough to address. This is very different from what I was told by Integrity 1st. My primary concern is simple: If I paid Integrity 1st Automotive to repair what I was told was a serious oil leak, why was I later told by the same shop that I still had a very bad oil leak? I would like a detailed explanation of exactly what oil leak was diagnosed during my first visit, what repair was performed, what parts and labor I was charged for, and why the current leak was not identified at that time. I would also like Integrity 1st Automotive to review the charges associated with the original oil leak repair and determine what refund or corrective action is appropriate. I trusted the professional recommendation I was given and authorized the repair based on the urgency communicated to me. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to question whether the repair I paid for was necessary, complete, and properly explained. I hope Integrity 1st Automotive will take this complaint seriously and make a reasonable effort to resolve this matter. read more

if there is minus review that goes to this place!! i cannot even claim refund for this because i'm sure this how you run a business by scamming innocents. i cruse your business go under loss. i had to follow up with multiple times they don't inspect infront of you is real reason to scam you guys, they can say whatever they want to get huge bill from you all. they made mess in my car and the attached image is the proof the trunk where the battery is they did, not care to close the lids and give me a the way it was supposed to. i paid 244$ for just this bullshit. they speak to well but manipulate with rubbish reasons. i had my car stopped mid way and called the nearest automotive place which happened to be this location. i had to wait for 2+ hours to get my car towed when it was just 4-5 miles away. then when i went next day they took 9 am to 3 pm to diagnose what's the problem. they charged me 157 approx for analysis when most other places offer free service. since my car was off i was helpless and they took really huge advantage of the situation. they gave me a est of 3000$ for fuel line change for my hybrid 2009 model to which i did not proceed with repairs thank god. they gave such lame reasons. 1. car did not start because gas indicator is showing half (wrongly) but the tank was empty. well it was just a week i top up the gass and hardlu driven 50-60 miles. when i saw the same day it was showing half tank gas. but when they handed me car it empty with 10$ gas what filled upon conversation said it needed to start the car. reason - the gas filter is stuck and gas is burning mid way before reaching engine - which clearly a filter change could fix it but they suggested whole part to replace for 3000$. not only that whatever images they gave in report was not the reason behind why my car stopped running. 2. while for the car to start they re-charged the battery, if the car could run with battery being charged what is the gas and egine story ?? all your reports show no real reason for my car engine being stopped. no actual machine indicator images in the report.just manually typed every single thing like novel. 3. now, the abs indicator and tire air indicators are showing on the screen which is flase alram. - nowhere related to why my car stopped running again. i cannot even claim refund for this because i'm sure this how you run a business by scamming innocents. i cruse your business go under loss. read more

Good day! Since my husband's passing 3 years ago I have had to learn to do a lot of things including how to ensure my car is serviced. The quality and value ( check out their Annual service programs) from Integrity saved money but also has supported quick and friendly service that I trust. I'm not worried about over priced parts as they are pretty transparent when something has been needed and do try to offer discounts when possible. I have passed this place on my way home from work and when I needed some diagnostic work done on my BMW I took it to them. David Abercrombie was so awesome! Kind, honest and thorough! And they provided me with my first Uber ride as a courtesy since I was having to leave my car for the test. Their diagnostics test was sent to me about 1.5 hr after dropping it off. It was like a full health scan, but for my car. Though there are things I need to get done/updated, the test results gave me a since of security that nothing major was going on. So worth the money!
