I paid for them to poison my weeds and the man was there for 2 min and didn't spray anything. They said they would respray if necessary when I asked for a refund. The weeds of course didn't die and they charged me anyway. They have nice trucks and advertising but just horrible service. They won't answer the phone; they will only communicate through email and on the portal which doesn't work. On to the next.

Called two weeks ago to inform them that my entire was not being mowed and that I had grass down the center that was at least 3 to 4 inches taller. Gave them two weeks to correct, still not correct- it's now worse, I have strips of tall green grass and burned grass to the soil. Was promised crew would be out on Friday or Saturday to fix. Waited until late Saturday and was then told they were waiting on the crew manager to reach back out to them and they would try for Monday. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the new management team no longer does this. To add insult to injury, they mowed off a sprinkler head in an area they mowed too low. After I shared I recently paid over $400 to have my whole system checked and repaired, they came out within a few days to fix the broken head. When I called Chorbie Weed Treatment, they actually made an effort to keep my business as they now serve as two separate entities. I hired another company to come out and mow properly. Yard looks great again. It's just hard to believe they just let a loyal customer go that fast.

I walked over to ask how much it would cost to have them mow my yard. I was told that he would need to see the yard to provide an estimate. I walked him through and he told me $30/weekly or $40/bi-weekly. The price is approximately what I expect given other prices I've seen. I was told that for $30/weekly he would mow, edge, fertilize, and provide pest control. I've come to despise working in the yard during Texas summers, so I decided to take him up on his weekly offer. I am typically skeptical of paying someone for a service I can do myself. It seems lazy and a waste of money. However, I left to run an errand and when I returned I was impressed by the quality of his work. I don't have the patience or knowledge to make my yard look as impressive as it did when he was done. The only drawback I could identify is that there is no website or email address. It seems that these 2 gentlemen are running a small business where they advertise with a business card. While this limits the form of communication, I sent a text to thank them for their work and to ask about the bushes. It did not appear that the bushes were trimmed, so I asked if it is possible they forgot and to just ask if he could address it next week if he did forget. He replied promptly. If you are interested in lawn service, I would recommend Tony and his partner. Since the barrier to entry is low, there are likely many service providers. I cannot speak to the quality of work by others, but I can tell you that I was impressed with Tony's work.

Just absolutely terrible quality. We only requested that our grass be cut in our backyard. Upon…read morecutting the grass, the workers left severe track marks from their machines, moved items out of place (which they did not move back), and did not even have the courtesy to close our gate (we have 2 dogs that could run out). On top of all this, they blew a whole load of grass onto our tree ring and absolutely ruined the aesthetics of it. Granted, they disclosed after the fact that bagging the grass would cost an additional $10 (we assumed bagging the grass would be a given). Our lawn actually looked better prior to these people coming in to cut it. If I could rate them fewer stars I would. Teno (who I very much find to be a great agent) was very professional over the phone and did not charge us for our service. However, given the actual quality of the work, we couldn't recommend to anybody.
