They care for my mature grapefruit and full-grown pine tree, with fungicide, and both receive yearly deep root vitamins. They always show up on time and give me a courtesy call before arriving. They've earned my trust, so now they come and provide my tree services, and I don't feel the need to be home when they come. To me, this says everything about their professionalism and integrity. I also now prepay for services without hesitation because they've earned that level of trust. What truly sets them apart is their proactive approach to tree health. They have me scheduled to be called early each Spring to set up services through October, and I pay monthly for what was done that month. Their monthly sunscreen applications for my mature grapefruit tree have quite literally saved its life, especially the summer of 2023, when temperatures reached 120 degrees, hot enough that I heard from others how they lost some of their trees and bushes that year. Mine remained healthy and continues to thrive under their care. I have to speak up and say that if there is a poor review on here, remember: there are always two sides to every story. There's something more to the story the poster is not saying because this company works and communicates with you exceptionally well. Their communication goes over and above any other company I've dealt with. I just wish the healthcare system treated ME as well as this company treats my trees. I did the math, and it is significantly cheaper to pay for a service to keep your trees alive than the cost of having a company come in and chop them down. That can be up to thousands of dollars for mature trees, plus you have a barren spot and no shade there afterwards. In this Phoenix climate, sun protection is prudent for both man and animals and may no longer be optional. Now it's becoming essential for plants and trees, and Valley Tree Care is clearly ahead of the curve in offering sun spray services. If you want dependable service and long-term value, they are an excellent choice.

A simple tree trim job a few years ago resulted in a "butchered" tree and numerous valuable cacti destroyed! The company was forced to PAY us for the damage or face Small Claims Court. Yesterday (12/23/25) was another "disaster" involving our next-door neighbor, who hired these "low IQ" individuals (crew), who proceeded to DUMP the next-door tree trimmings in OUR driveway, blocking our exit, which is illegal. They also positioned their "coolers" and lunchbreak containers in OUR driveway! My wife asked the only English-speaking worker to clear the debris immediately, who REFUSED! The workers, up in the tree in question, shouted Spanish "insults @ us when I joined the discussion. The worker told us to "be patient", waiting for the Disposal Truck to arrive. I immediately called the Titan office (Cherel), who told us she would attempt to reach the crew (NO LUCK). As the drive had been blocked for almost (1) hour, I proceeded to call her back, stating we would soon be forced to contact the local Sheriff Dept. My wife has just informed me that there are "drag marks" on our driveway surface and damage to a valued cactus in front yard. This company exhibits NO Professionalism or basic neighborhood demeanor critical to such demanding and dangerous work. I filled out the online request for an estimate on their website, and got a response the same day. I got a quote two days later, and had my trees serviced the following week. They pruned a total of three trees including one mesquite tree which is twice as high as my house. And to top it off they charged LESS than the previous company that I was using. I will definitely be using Titan from now on.

We have only hired someone to prune our trees once and it was not a good experience (it was Moon…read moreValley Nursery and arborists don't think highly of them). After the bad experience (and losing our 12 year old plum), I decided when we needed service again I'd get recommendations from a local arborist group on Facebook, and SavATree was recommended as well as a few others. I reached out to three and SavATree was the only one to respond. They're very prompt with responses. Julie in the office was very helpful, and the arborist Roy was extremely knowledgeable and happy to educate us on what our Arizona Ash Tree needs, and what was the likely cause of the die off we were seeing (suspected herbicide poisoning). The cost was higher than anticipated (close to double what Moon Valley charged) but we trusted Roy. He put together a treatment plan which included pruning, soil remediation and fertilizer. Two guys came out to do the actual pruning and they were great. Very nice and thorough. They thoughtfully removed competing branches for the health of the tree. They spent much longer and took off much more than Moon Valley did. Being December, its leaves were dropping quite a bit, and even shook out while they were in it cutting. They were so sweet to blow and haul away the leaves. That was unexpected and very much appreciated. They said since we gave them water they were happy to do it. (A good reminder that it pays to be kind to one another.) We had them remove the stump from our dead purple plum as well and they were careful to remove the river rock from the tree well first so they wouldn't get buried in the hole. The team that does the fertilizer treatments is very nice and knowledgeable as well. Our only criticism is that the fertilizer scheduling system doesn't let you choose a timeframe. That probably works for businesses and homes where the trees are in the front yard, and for some people if they don't have a dog in the back yard or need to allow access through the house as we do, but for us, a specific time (or window) is needed in order to let them into the yard. We don't plan to do the fertilizer indefinitely so we'll deal with it for a few months but it would be nice if their system was more accommodating. We'll definitely keep going to them for all of our tree pruning needs and recommending them to others. I can't wait to see our ash when the leaves come back. I can tell the shape and structure is going to make it even more beautiful! Pictures are from early November when it was still green, and after the pruning late December.

Rick (sales) came ou last Wed. one look new it was Texas root rot...said truck could come Friday AM to remove... I had painters coming to spray Friday... They made it happen arriving at 6:00 AM at my request and had the tree down and stump ground before painters arrived. HooRay The tree was still producing yellow flowers on white paint. Recap: Rick knows what he is doing in sales. Experiance matters to me. Crew arrived as promised...Yes more expensive than the local guy with a chain saw, but it costs money to move equipment give them a chance to quote. They can also replace the tree, so full service without a bunch of extra fees the best I could tell. Thanks again to all... Rob S.

He gave me a precise estimate but told me that they were almost certainly dying. It turned out he was right and several months later I called him back to remove the trees and plant something new that would grow fast and provide shade for the house. He rolled in the previous costs I had incurred toward the total cost of the job which saved me several hundred dollars. Before the big tree came down, I decided to leave the stump as the centerpiece for a table with four logs for a seating. No problem! I got some creative ideas and some add-ons that I'm pretty sure no one would have done a better job at a better price. A few months ago, a good friend down in Tempe who needed a big job done (sprinklers, landscaping, planting and installing trellises) asked me for a recommendation.
