I called Titan after failing to get a response from another tree service company that I had been using for the last 5 years (I tried emailing, texting and calling over a course of two weeks). I filled out the online request for an estimate on their website, and got a response the same day. I got a quote two days later, and had my trees serviced the following week. They pruned a total of three trees including one mesquite tree which is twice as high as my house. And to top it off they charged LESS than the previous company that I was using. I recently hired this company to trim my Texas Ebony tree, and unfortunately, I am quite disappointed with the results. While the crew did a good job with the cleanup after the work was completed, the actual trimming of the tree did not meet my expectations. ​The pruning was quite aggressive and lacks the precision I was expecting from a professional service. The final shape is not aesthetically pleasing, and I feel the quality of the work did not reflect the level of arborist expertise I was looking for. I expected a more knowledgeable approach to the specific needs of a Texas Ebony. Given the outcome, I unfortunately cannot recommend their services for specialty tree care. read more

Attn: UPDATED 5/22/26: Anthem/Phoenix Homeowners, Tree Maintenance, Yardwork: Our family has used this company (Titan Tree Service) in the past and have had nothing but "Headaches" and frustration regarding their workmanship. A simple tree trim job a few years ago resulted in a "butchered" tree and numerous valuable cacti destroyed! The company was forced to PAY us for the damage or face Small Claims Court. Yesterday (12/23/25) was another "disaster" involving our next-door neighbor, who hired these "low IQ" individuals (crew), who proceeded to DUMP the next-door tree trimmings in OUR driveway, blocking our exit, which is illegal. They also positioned their "coolers" and lunchbreak containers in OUR driveway! My wife asked the only English-speaking worker to clear the debris immediately, who REFUSED! The workers, up in the tree in question, shouted Spanish "insults @ us when I joined the discussion. The worker told us to "be patient", waiting for the Disposal Truck to arrive. I immediately called the Titan office (Cherel), who told us she would attempt to reach the crew (NO LUCK). As the drive had been blocked for almost (1) hour, I proceeded to call her back, stating we would soon be forced to contact the local Sheriff Dept. My wife has just informed me that there are "drag marks" on our driveway surface and damage to a valued cactus in front yard. This company exhibits NO Professionalism or basic neighborhood demeanor critical to such demanding and dangerous work. Aaron's experienced crew with Rueben being the foreman did an excellent job trimming and shaping 30 trees on my property - Mesquite, Palo Verde, and Ironwood. It was an extensive 2-day project. The entire crew was polite, helpful, interactive and flexible as questions came up. They addressed any concern that I had. Our two overgrown mesquite trees needed extensive thinning/pruning. I called Aaron after having had bad earlier experiences with various tree trimmers. Aaron's team were courteous, professional and listened to all of my concerns. We had one issue with a branch that I wish had not been cut back, but they were quick to listen and moved much more cautiously and carefully afterward. I must say that if you are really nuts about exactly how your trees look, you should stay outside with your tree trimmers the entire time. I was going out every 15 minutes and that was simply too much time away from the job and allowed the mishap to occur. However, even with my sadness over losing that one branch, I was extremely happy with all of the other work performed. Even more so with the team's handling of my displeasure and how they immediately reacted and responded with care and understanding to address my concern. I will definitely have Aaron and his team back to take care of these two mesquites and our numerous other trees. Sucks ruined my tree have a barren yard now. so-called arborist came don't know how many years experience not enough .want to sell the house now. There is no shade from stripped tree now! House is hot now .thx for the higher power bill. Wanted to clean it up and shape tree . Not gut it to a trunk..The only good for cutting stuff if it's already dead on the ground . id just saving your money go bye yourself yard equipment ,rent a trailer take your time do it yourself or be there to direct people what you want done . I have three trees in my front yard that are not doing well. I called Titan because I wanted a certified arborist to evaluate. Dave T. arrived, closely examined each tree and explained what was causing the problems - basically improper watering, fertilizing and trimming on my part. He explained what I could do to correct the problems and tried to leave without presenting a bill. Since he spent about 40 minutes with me it seemed only fair to pay for his time, expertise and gas but he wouldn't accept. He simply said to give them call if I need other tree help. I called Titan for an estimate to thin out overgrown trees in my yard. They scheduled Dave T. who was very knowledgeable and explained clearly which trees/branches needed trimming and how this could protect the trees against wind damage and allow for healthy growth. Dave was on time and very professional. The friendly office staff was able to schedule my service within a few days and the work crew did an excellent job from beginning to end. I am very pleased with the final outcome! I would definitely trust Dave's and Titan's expertise when it's time to trim again. read more
