I had a child custody case that I needed help with and was referred to Nelly. I was quoted $1450 for everything where she promised to do everything she could do to help me. The only thing she managed to do AFTER I paid half ($700) was improperly file paperwork the night before my hearing date which led the judge to go off on me about improper filing. My experience with Nelly was basically like I was going to gossip sessions instead of legal counseling as she had so many questions about who may have been representing the other party, etc. I constantly was calling her office to ask what we were doing as our next steps and as others have stated, she will say she is not in the office. I have since found new legal help. I would never recommend this place to anyone as this business was still trying to haggle me for the remaining $750.... For not even receiving the full service that was agreed upon. I would try to go back for my first $700 but I would rather take the loss than to deal with this business again. read more

I feel one star is too generous.Aside from being a chronic liar, Nelly jammed me up, in what I considered to be a time sensitive case.Nelly refused to provide me copies of documents upon request, even though she charged my card for them. read more

My father went to see Nancy Green for his revocable living trust in 2012; however, about four years ago he decided he didn't want the trust after all. I was with him when the woman in the office said, "Just tear it up. If you didn't give anyone a copy of it, it's officially destroyed." When I asked if she needed to do anything else and if there was an official copy filed somewhere, she said no. It turns out Dad had my siblings' and my names on all his accounts, anyway, but a family member who needed the living trust in order to sell some property contacted Nancy Green. Big surprise: She said that she does, indeed, have a copy. While it's nice that she could produce said copy, if it had gone against my father's wishes, we wouldn't have been able to say otherwise. Dad was adamant that the document be destroyed, and this paralegal did not do as he requested. Consequently, one of the siblings has concerns that things listed in the revocable living trust don't match up with the accounts six years later, so there may be litigation. (Dad had moved his accounts around and put our names on them.) If the paralegal had only complied with Dad's wishes, we wouldn't be in this situation. Don't trust this paralegal; go see an attorney to be sure everything is done correctly. Apparently, she doesn't even work with an attorney to oversee what she does. If she had, this wouldn't have been handled this way. I just found the receipt for the money Dad paid for the revocable living trust: $800.00. read more
