You get your own key code when you join so you have all the time access basically. I need to go at nights to see the other members. I hear that everyone is super cool and down to earth. This is definitely the last real hardcore gym in the Lehigh Valley!

Duy is a great instructor, knowledgeable, patient and thorough. I attend the class now 2-3 times per week and have learned so much. From the proper form for punching, disarming a gunman, getting out of a choke hold, even knife fighting more recently, Duy has helped me every step of the way. It helped my confidence and gives me the peace of mind that I could hold my own out in the real world if a situation ever came up when I needed to defend myself. I have been a member since July! One of the best perks about boxing at TITLE is that you get to try your first class for free. As someone who really does like to try before I buy, I was able to see if I wanted to make a time and monetary commitment to boxing by going to the gym, getting a tour of the facilities, and working with one of their trainers. I definitely recommend going to Tracy's 9:30am on Sunday for anyone who was like me and had never boxed before. Yes, it's early, but you will walk away feeling amazing about yourself! So, as someone who has tried many different workouts (HITT, BBG, Insanity), I was on the search for a new full-body workout that didn't have me slogging away on a treadmill or lifting weights on repeat. I was initially worried that I would be bad at boxing or that everyone would see that I wasn't able to keep up, but this gym has an amazing atmosphere and everyone is supportive no matter what level you're starting at. I started out as a complete beginner with no idea how to even throw a punch. I HIGHLY recommend giving it a try if you're even thinking about joining. Don't do private lessons here, ever. The trainer I had did not show up to any of our training…read moresessions. The first one he canceled and the second one he no showed. I called and messaged him throughout the day and did not get a response. I asked him for a refund and he got mad at me for wanting a refund. I told the gym about it and the gym did nothing so I canceled my membership. The trainer sent me messages telling me to "be a man" and "text or call if I have a problem". His excuse was that it was the holidays, yet he agreed to do these times and these dates. The 23rd he canceled because he got tattoos and couldn't roll and he canceled the day of, and on the 29th I got no response all day even though when I asked to train on that day he said "yeah let's do it" about three days prior. I had to pay for three extra months to cancel my membership even though I no longer go here. On top of that, I still never got my refund from the trainer. It sucks because I loved that gym and the coaches there, but none of this is my fault.

Alot of the people here are into the "spartan race" types of competitions/events. Some are there for just fitness, but the spartan race thing kind of sets the culture of the place. This gym has delivered all of that and so much more. From day one, they've treated us like family. The instructors are not only skilled in what they are teaching but are amazing with the kids no matter what their personality may be. They know how to celebrate their achievements and build their confidence on and off the mats. The sense of encouragement and camaraderie here is unmatched. They offer a wide range of classes that fit all kinds of schedules and interests across all different types of martial arts. No matter your age or level, there is a class for you. I am from the Bay Area in California and was in the Hatfield area for about a week. While there, I…read morewas hoping to train a little and found that Renzo Gracie PA was just a few blocks away from where I was staying. Figured I had to check this place out, as my gym in CA is run by Renzo's older brother Charles! Before I left, I reached out by email during the day, and then was surprised to get a call from Professor Rich Latta later that evening. He was super welcoming, said I could come to class as much as I wanted and gave me the option of bringing my own Gi or borrowing one of theirs. I ended up borrowing one. All i had to do was commit to a reasonable deposit that would only be charged if the Gi not returned, and wash it upon return as well. Note: I returned it and they did not charge me :) This gym has a nice blend of Gi and No-Gi classes, and open mat day is no-gi based. When i showed up on open mat day without a rash guard (yes im a dirty Yes-Gi person), Rich was super accommodating and even offered boxing if i didnt want to roll in their Gi pants and my t-shirt. I ended up attending a class with Professor Padilla and learned some super cool moves I have already successfully crushed some of my home gym members with. Everyone in class was cool. Its a safe and welcoming environment. No meatheads or anything, and everyone was helpful. The gym itself is immaculate and they literally sanitize the mats after each class. I also really liked the mat floor, as it was a little bouncy (unlike the foam based stuff alot of other places have). Thanks Professor Latta and Professor Padilla for a great experience. Next time I am in the area, I will definitely make it a point to attend classes here again!

When I visited and observed, I noticed that the energy of the space is just AMAZING. I was only supposed to be meeting the owners and observing, but the place was so hopping that I felt like picking up a barbell and jumping right in! CrossFit MontCo did NOT disappoint! The owners generously donated their space to host Team USA Premier Women for part of their minicamp training weekend. Over 40 top athletes visited and laid down some sweat at CF MontCo! The space is positive and open - the owners and coaches really know how to communicate and work with the athletes.
