So I have removed that review and have copied it below: I wish I could give these guys ten stars. I love Precision Eye Group! Let me preface this by saying that I thought that I was spoiled by my optician in New York, and I was. Good people. Worthy of a five-star review. But Precision is actually better! I don't live nearby. I drive in from Sullivan County, that's how good they are. Best quality eyeglasses, reasonable prices, fine service---and now I'm coming to the best part. They came through for me in a big way when I broke my glasses. This was during the pandemic! I practically had kittens. But Tiffany, the optician, was able to get replacement frames in a jiffy. These people are the best!

It's a rare occurrence that anyone help you when they see you struggling. It is a place that sees a large percentage of seniors and it seems logical that they would make it a little easier for them!

However I received bills in the mail for things that we're already paid! There's a $20 charge they gave me for my insurance which is possible I'm not complaining so much about that. But there's another charge for revisit with the eye doctor which I originally was told was part of the original service and expense. So I don't believe I'll be going back because I just can't deal with these extra expenses out of the blue. But if you have money and not to worry about spending a little extra, people there are nice, glasses are good quality.

Let me tell you I will definitely keep him as my new eye consult for the future , especially to care for & treat remaining cataract in my left eye when the time comes for removal . He and his staff are so friendly and they keep the office clean . Thank you Dr. Ahn for your amazing work , I can see without cloudiness this morning out of my right eye and feel so joyful !!! PS this procedure was quick , my eye was given drops then I had to wait for 20 mins for dilation then the laser part took around 30 seconds of zaps and my hubby drove me home . That was it !!

Used to be really happy with this place, but after they changed ownership things have really gone…read moredownhill. Got new lenses back in September. Was told I owed $XXX. Bill was paid. Not the slightest hint of possible future charges. Was told I owed a specific amount and the transaction was done. Now months later I'm told I owe an additional $150. Absolutely ridiculous. And to make matters worse, Northeastern Eye Institute absolutely refuses to discuss with me. I've been given the run around and ignored. Was told on the phone I'd get call backs. No calls. Tried to message via facebook and their website. No surprise no contact there either. My family and I had been going there for years, but we will not be returning and definitely not recommending.
