I called up and they told me they would be glad to help me out. I had feared that it was going to cost a fortune because of what I had done, but it turns out it wasn't as bad as I feared. I had fortunately found the missing screw in my car just as I was about to walk in, I looked down and there it was. In about 10 mins they had fixed my damage, and replaced both nose pads and sent me on my way. It was very nice that they didn't even charge me for this repair as I didn't actually break anything like I thought I had. I would certainly return if I lived in the area based on the service I received, even if they had charged me for this small repair. Give them a try, they have been in town for 20 years.

What an amazing place. The inside is loaded with antiques of all kinds from old shotguns and muzzle loaders to paintings and news papers and furniture and animal mounts. The owners a husband and wife along with some friends of theirs who were there pretty much treated everyone like family. I was happy to find that Aurel's was a local store near me. I was thinking that I may pay more for the appliances but less for the delivery and my own site specific install. I walked into the showroom with my current appliance measurements, the rough cut opening measurements, and prices in hand from Lowe's and Frigidaire. I was looking to gather some more information about the appliances I found online. Beings that it is not a big box store, I was pleasantly surprised that they were willing to meet or beat any price from elsewhere. When considering the Price of delivery, the stove needing to be converted to LP, and the above the Range microwave, I got a much better deal than I could have gotten anywhere else. I didn't walk out with what I came in for which was all fridgidaire appliances. However, I got a fridge with updated veggie/fruit crisper drawers, a more powerful vented over the range microwave, and the stove I wanted that had dials in front and no touch pad. Nick the salesperson was very patient, kind, and even looked up the prices on Lowe's website and elsewhere to make sure Autel's prices were lower. I liked that I was helping a local economy and electrician.
