I contacted three eye doctors to get their opinions and requested Tri State Eye to fax my records to them. Tri State Eye faxed two but refused to fax the third one. My appointment with this last doctor is on Monday. Tri State Eye calls me Thursday at 5 PM to tell me they are NOT faxing it over but I can pick up copies of my records for a small fee. Then she adds on Friday they are open till 12 PM. Which by the way on their website and phone greeting message says they are open 8:30 - 4:00 Monday - Friday.. It' s obvious that their patient care office doesn't priorities patient health. Apparently saving money on faxes is more important than their patients eye health.

Office also provides hand sanitizer during these trying times in an effort to protect patients. Exam room is very large, spacious and equipped with the finest eye tech for our modern time. Jedi Master Dr Franco is absolutely amazing in his empathy for his patients. If eye glasses are required the office is equipped with a beautifully elegant room with eye glass frames displayed on multiple walls where you can indulge in picking your new look (upgrade or otherwise). If you are in the area and in need of a great optometrist this office is significantly better than any of the franchise eye centers you find at the mall.
