Our technician,Brian,was on time,called prior,came with shoe covers,quickly identified problems with toilet,gave us estimates and couple options to think about. Prices are horribly high now everywhere,but plumbing can't be avoided,so their price point is adequate to area,but service is superb. The owner, Victor, explained everything to me during the estimate in a way that I could understand as I don't have much electrical knowledge outside of the very, very basics. The written estimate itself was very detailed and something that I was looking for without saying. To boot, these guys are a small business so with everything I've stated, that was enough for me to hire them for the work. Luis completed the panel install quickly and cleanly. Some drywall had to be removed and he did very minimal cutting so it will be easy to patch. When we did the walkthrough he was extremely personable and like Victor, was able to explain all details in an easy manner. I also asked him to check out an outside outlet that wasn't grounded and upon the installation it was showing as grounded. He could've falsely upsold me as I was expecting it needing re-wiring at the minimum but he showed me that everything was resolved through the wiring of the new panel. When it was time for the County inspection, Omar was my technician and I couldn't have asked for a nicer guy. An overhead light in my garage had stopped working and I asked him to troubleshoot to ensure it wasn't related to the panel install. He ruled that out but remained diligent in finding the problem which was faulty wiring in a connected outlet. He quickly fixed it which he didn't have to do because it wasn't related to any of Electrisource's work. Really appreciated him going above and beyond. This is going to be the first company I call for electrical work moving forward. Service and work was excellent and the guys are all cool to deal with. They were a bit higher than some other companies but they're a small outfit and I'd rather support a quality small business and feel at ease knowing I'm going to get quality service. Thank you guys!
