Terrible place if you need something quick and easy like a prescription. Takes 3 hours+. Save your time and go somewhere else.

I'm a trans woman, and came in here to get some blood drawn…read more Pros: Big props for Katrina at the blood lab desk, who heard my sad tone of voice when she confirmed my name and offered to change my preferred name in the system! She was discreet and thoughtful and did everything I could wish a healthcare provider would do in a situation like that. Cons: When the phlebotomist Vanessa came out to get me in the waiting room, she called for me by my deadname- even though the paperwork Katrina gave me used my proper name. I corrected her and she acted really nervous all through the blood-drawing process. I wish I could count on meeting more Katrinas and fewer Vanessas when interacting with the healthcare system.

Went in after a chemical exposure. Explained I was having respiratory issues and couldn't breath…read morewell, my chest was sore, and I had to force myself to manually breath. They took me back into a room quickly, but then left me there to sit in the room for 3 hours. I didn't even get my doctors name, I didn't even get to look at her for 3 full hours. I clicked the nurse call button once to ask for my doctor, they said shortly. I waited another 40 minutes and called again to which I received an attitude about how 'people are trying to die' in their care (weird way to say someone was in critical condition.. very unprofessional.) and that my doctor would be in shortly. I waited another 30 minutes before she FINALLY came in. She then proceeded to rush me, tell me I was 100% fine and didn't have breathing problems (that I knew I had as I was feeling them and was wheezing infront of them) and she discharged me (which then took another 40 minutes to print out papers???) and sent me home. Thanks for your concern for chemical ingestion. There's a reason this place only has three stars.

Good god where to start? This was supposedly a stoke care unit…read more Family member in bed for 5 weeks. No shower. Offered only a bed pain until we literally begged for a urinal. Told was exposed to Covid and although asymptomatic was in isolation for 72 hours despite neg Covid test. Was told needed 3 negs 24 hours apart. Never shaved except by his ex wife who lives in California and was only there 3 days. Honest to god the RN had 4 patients , and told the transport team he could walk ! I mean he had a frigging stroke! Plop the food tray in front of him then walk away. We left him a half gallon of ice cream and had to ask SIX separate nurses to make sure he got any; had to complain to the charge nurse until it finally made its way to his bedside. He lost 16 kilos! It was epically bad.

Go anywhere else, if possible. My father was moved from room to room with no communication, even…read moreafter being told "we always notify the family when we move a patient." He was put into a ten-day isolation after being exposed to Covid (BY A STAFF MEMBER) and the nurses seemed to use that as an excuse to essentially ignore him. They didn't bathe him, shave him, do any kind of therapy. He had surgery and they did not properly control the bleeding, then tried to blame him for developing a hematoma that subsequently had to be operated on. The lack of accountability did end even after he was transferred to a different facility; they lost his laptop, phone, wallet, and TEETH. I pray that I'll never encounter such a concentration of incompetence ever again.
