The woman on the phone was very nice, said it was no problem at all and that they would be there in 25 minutes and would call us when they arrived. After 45 minutes we called to follow up and see how much longer they would be. We were respectful on the phone, just asking them when they expected to be there. The woman sounded annoyed and offended yelling "we aren't coming, call someone else" and hung up. We tried calling back a couple times and they wouldn't answer. This is even after they had already dropped us off in Orono and we gave them a 100% tip, so they knew who we were. Such a waste of time and essentially money because at that point Uber rates were through the roof.
