Please, look no further! I have used 3 different electricians in the past 2 years and I will stop trying new companies because these guys have everything you need. They are knowledgeable, professional, clean, detail oriented, and reasonably priced! I had them install two pendant lights, two different ceiling fans, and mount an 85 in tv. First off, they were able to schedule me in quickly. Second, everything was installed well and they always consulted me on how I wanted it installed (ie. which of the two sided fan blade finish I wanted, and heights of the fixtures... even while holding the massive tv). One of my pendants was defective and could not be installed, though that did not stop them from trying, with backup from Wes and scouring the internet. After I got the replacement parts, they quickly came back to finish the job. Lastly, they cleaned up after themselves and even quickly wiped off my large pendant light before putting it up. Just an all around upstanding company with upstanding personalities to boot. read more

While visiting my parents in Carson City, I put out a call on Yelp for electricians. My parents have two bathrooms that have the light and fan on a single switch, and my mom wanted them separated. She also wanted an overhead fan on her bedroom, and they wanted an outlet installed in their kitchen island. Wesley contacted me right away with the lowest quote of six other electricians, so I called him. He was available to come the next morning to give a quote. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He was polite and friendly, and gave a price breakdown for everything we asked. Upfront quote, no hourly pricing. I worked at an electrician company for a little while and this was how we did it to, which I prefer to hourly pricing. The price for all three tasks was very reasonable and we planned for he and his crew to come the next day to do the work. Originally my stepdad only wanted to do the bathroom switches and the bedroom ceiling fan, but when Wesley and his crew came the next day, I told him we had changed our mind and wanted to do everything. He happened to have an outlet with USB port on the truck, that he included for no extra charge. One of his guys loved my parents' big orange cat, which was very heartwarming to see. I left to come back to Sonoma County before they were finished, but my mom says she is very happy with the job they did. They were respectful and cleaned up after themselves, which is a huge plus. If they need any electricians in the future, they will definitely be contacting NNE. read more

I needed 220 volts run to my garage for a weldor. I saw their ad on Facebook Market place, so I sent them a message. Fast response over Facebook and text messaging. They came out for an estimate a couple of days later, and did the job a couple of days after that. The estimate was for 2 hours but they did it in 1-1/2 hours. We contacted NNE per the recommendations from Yelp. They were awesome at that time. Came to the house, brand new home which needed a couple of additions the builder would not do. During their visit I discussed more work with Sam and he stated the company would get back to me that afternoon or the next day with a quote for the requested work. At that time based on previous experience I was very happy. It has now been over a week with NO response. I have left messages and sent a number of texts. Based on the first visit and the attention to detail they did I would have been more than happy to recommend NNE to anyone needing electrical work. I made an appointment via text and was confirmed for the same week (which was amazing). Waited 20 min at my place and texted asking where the electrician was, and just got a text saying he was going to be an hour late. Waited another hour and no show no-warning, so I canceled. If you're into no personal interaction and just typing and being treated like a text message, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, these people need to get their schedules together and be prompt. People's time is valuable. read more
