After noon today, I see 2 guys on my property adjusting hoses/sprinklers, no acknowledgement or telling us they were here-no call or reach out from the business, nothing. I go out, turns out one is the owner, I asked him to cancel and remove his equipment and refund all monies paid this year. Owner didn't even say sorry or acknowledge the issue. Only positive is an hour after that, director of ops, Kenny called me and owned it and apologized, offered to bring my check out today, so at least he did the right thing. I wouldn't recommend this business.

I think I'll just drive the extra 10 minutes to the next nearest home center store instead of stopping here. At least I can browse around those stores to get ideas on projects that I may want to tackle in the future.
