Our situation was a bit unique: we needed the old panel removed and then a day or two to replace siding, insulation, and address any issues we found inside the walls before the new panel could be installed. Mario was incredibly accommodating with our unusual schedule. He showed up early, worked efficiently, and did an excellent job--all at a very reasonable price. When he returned to complete the installation, we asked if he could take care of a few additional items. He didn't hesitate, even using some of his own materials to help us out. He also shared valuable advice and insights that were extremely helpful for our project. Although he honored his original quote without any increase, we felt it was only right to pay him a little extra as a professional courtesy. We'll absolutely work with him again. In our experience, it's rare to find an electrician who is both highly skilled and genuinely fair.

My mother-in-law recently had a great experience here, so off we went. Entered the store early Saturday afternoon; it was moderately busy - maybe a handful of other couples/families browsing. As we cruised around the store, we noticed a line of computers/desks along the left wall of the store - completely empty. No associates. Later, as we moved toward the ceiling fans, one associate appeared behind the desk Up the ramp to the ceiling fan section and across the store sat another check out counter with computers. We looked at several different ceiling fans - scanning QR codes, discussing sizing, etc. As we continued shopping, we couldn't help notice the two associates near the counter who seemed happier chatting amongst themselves than selling merchandise. We were in the store a MINIMUM of 15 minutes - looking, scanning, discussing, and NOT ONE team member approached us. No wonder they feel the need to have so many cameras - they have no associates who care! It wasn't a total loss, though, we shared a few chuckles taking bets on prices before scanning the QR codes. The only thing I wasn't impressed with was the pricing, the lack of cleanliness or upkeep of the store, and the disappointment in this store definitely not being ADA complying for anyone who may have a mobility issue or wheelchair bound. There are so many items tucked away in corners and up against the walls here that it just seems like it would be dangerous and compact to try to walk comfortably. Parking might be a thing as we couldn't see any spots in front that would allow us to park. We had to park down the way (alley) and walked over to get to the store. It's really dusty here and although many things are labeled with the year and the type of wood/metal/glass the pricing just doesn't make any sense.
