Simply put the owner is very full of himself, and takes business questions personally. Rather than accept his own coupon, he would rather not do business with you at all and tell you to your face to never come back. i guess he must be busy to turn away customers like that. It was not a small order, being well over $1000 in flowers and trees. The hired help is variable in knowledge and ability. They list their hours as being open until 6:00, but they shut down the cash register at 5:30 and basically chase you out after that. Not welcoming or friendly at all. If you have to have plants, and are willing to put up with people who basically don't care about you as a customer and are more interested in doing things their way, with their pride, and with their (self) hurt feelings than they are with providing you with good customer service, then I guess you could go there. I won't. Not after the way I was treated. I wouldn't want anyone I know or like to go there either. Sometimes it is not about the price, it is the principle. They seem to want to stand on their principle that it is OK to treat their customer with less respect than the dirt they sell, then chase you and your money away when you challenge them on their actions. So I will stand on my principle: I deserve respect as a customer just as they do as a vendor. If they do not want to be honest and respectful, they do not deserve my business, and I would suggest they do not deserve yours.

The young men that we met on the day of our visit were very helpful, kind and they had a lot of helpful information regarding the various trees. We were in the market to purchase some new trees and they did well with helping us make a final decision. This business focuses on selling more mature trees. They have a very large selection, various sizes and colors. Seems like they had trees from $100 to tens of $1,000's. Delivery & Installation charges were very reasonable. Delivery was 36 hours after we visited them and the install went smooth and flawless. I really like how the install team was punctual, they prepared the areas, planted the trees and cleaned up everything afterwards. Trees have a 1 year warranty. Absolutely wonderful job guys and completely enhanced our homes curb appeal!

One tree became stressed within 6 months...called & they said they would replace it if need be, but give it a little more time. I've always seen a red or white anthurium, but today I set my eyes on the purple they had on display for sale. Never have I ever seen a purple, it was absolutely gorgeous! Ok I'm grabbin one of those for $10 and I bought the last Vitex $20 - I have a few in my garden that love the full sun and bloom beautiful purple flower stalks. Score!!! Last week I scored a Bride of Barbados for $10, another beauty that can withstand the Texas heat. Each purchase comes with a small bag of fertilizer. I am so glad I did. It is a small little plant shop that has a lot of plants. The owner is super nice. He took the time to explain a few of the plants to me. He also took the time to explain how to take care of the plant that I did purchase. If you're looking for a particular plant, he can probably find it for you. Prices are very reasonable. When I went back to Walmart a few days later I noticed all of the same plants all had the same white moldy looking stuff. I never did hear from anybody after four phone calls. I realize there a wholesale house but there's still gotta be some kind of customer service and I guess they have none or they don't worry about the consumer.

Jeanice was so nice and although they did not have the tree in-stock, she knew what I was talking about and took the time to call her suppliers to find the trees I was looking for. Donnie, her husband, went the extra step to inspect the trees to make certain they were "worth it" before we made our purchase. Now that is customer service. The have just started out so the nursery is small but they are happy to order what you are looking for. Jeanice is a wiz with plants and will offer great advice if you ask.
