The sign for the place isn't close to the road at all! I had to call for help and I still missed the place because the sign is placed very poorly. I almost gave up on trying to find the place but the guy stood by the road so I could see him. I got a good deal for a dryer but I was overcharged for delivery. The owner told me that since I lived in an upstairs apartment I would have to pay more for delivery. I was told that it would take two people to deliver my dryer and that's why it was $65 for delivery not the normal $45 for delivery. He wouldn't budge on the delivery fee.I accepted it and paid for the dryer and delivery. The next day my dryer shows up for delivery. It was only one guy delivering it. He wasn't even informed that he was delivering it to an upstairs apartment. The delivery guy also wasn't informed about the fact that he was also taking the old dryer away and I discussed it with the owner the day before. The owner overcharged me for delivery and fed me a pack of lies. The dryer works fine and the delivery guy was pleasant to deal with. I just don't take kindly being deceived by the owner and being overcharged for delivery. Beware this place because you never know what lies will be told to you to pad the owners pocket.

When I asked about it, she said, "Oh yeah, they're good if you have good credit," making an unwarranted assumption about my financial situation. I was referred by a friend who had a great experience with another salesperson. When I asked to work with that same person and inquired about his availability, I got vague answers, despite the rep admitting she'd already messaged him. Due to me bringing up the military discount my friend received, she quickly said, "We don't offer military discounts." I quickly called my friend on the spot to clarify. As she over heard our conversation confirming his experience just days ago, she used air quotes for this contradicting statement. We don't offer "discounts," but only the manager can apply them, and only if I don't directly ask". This conversation initiated the text to her manager. Now whether she did or not, further displays the untrustworthy communication received. Her interaction with me was dismissive, condescending, and made me feel unwelcome. I believe the treatment was discriminatory and not in line with fair, professional business conduct. Sure, everyone has bad days but this is not a interaction any customer should receive. I will be filing this complaint to bring awareness and encourage accountability and/or training personnel better in communication.
