She is a liar, and a bad person…read more Literally had my car towed by the police for an "investigation in a crime" and the detective cleared me of all wrong doings, and I still don't have access to my stuff/unit. They have me locked out completely... AND IM INNOCENT!!! I have so much more to say about her but let's just say I have a litigation consultation Monday with Robinson and Henry , P.C and I'm suing her personally and won't stop till she is fired. I have video and audio, evidence but I'm told by my attorney not to show to public so I will show after I get what I am owed. Good luck Katie. I advised her I was out and advised her she could stop my code access etc. told her thanks for everything all this time (2 yrs) here. Then two days later they bill me for the full months rent. Which I couldn't pay in the first place, that's why I had to move. I advised her I lost my job and couldn't pay had no where to currently stay :/ that's why I asked for a couple days to get out. So when I called to see what was the deal; she said there's nothing she could do about it! That it already went in and she couldn't change it! If I can't pay it would be sent to collections! Wow! And she's been the nicest:/ But that is why I asked her- because I couldn't pay- had she said No! I would have been in and out all night until it was empty, on the 30th! But she said o.k. And two days later billed the entire months rent for the unit that I was out of on the 2nd! Not good business practices, you're only as good as your word. If your word's no good, well, self explanatory :(. I don't want to have a bill on my credit that's not a valid charge. I wasn't occupying it- they could have rented it since the 2nd. Well technically since the first if when I asked her on the 30th she would have said "No" you have to be out by TODAY or you'll be billed the entire month rather you're there or not"! First Public Storage is falsely advertising the first month for $1.00. I reserved my unit and then paid on the day of move in as it was my only day off from work and I was moving from an apartment and a different storage unit. My invoice does not break down what has been paid so I assumed that you pay $1.00 for the first month and the next month full price plus insurance and lock. 2nd day of moving my son goes to the unit to unload the truck and was denied access. I had no idea that there was an issue as I never received a call, text or email. Then on the 3rd day I was still denied access no email, call or text. Spoke with associate Kathy and she granted me different code for me to gain access and stated that I was denied due to my dog barking at a customer. Once again, I was never notified. She stated that I needed t come in and talk with Brittany. I did just that. Brittany stated that my son's dog went into a customer's unit and scared them, and they filed a complaint. She lied and said she called me and once again if she would have left me a message stating that I would not have access I would have called immediately. Then the following Sunday my account was charged a prorated amount for the first month that I moved in. I called spoke with Brittany and she agreed to reverse the charge and stated that I had to pay by the 22nd. On the next day my account was charged again therefore over drafting my account. I called and Brittany stated that there was nothing that she could do. She gave me the number for the DM left him a message and never received a call back. Just left the storage and was once again denied access as the code that was given to me from Kathy was temporary. I was not informed that, that was the case. So thankful that Kathy was on the property to help. Each time I was denied access it put me in a bind and almost caused a major inconvenience and extra money. This is the worst experience that I have had renting a storage and would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE THEY FALSE ADVERTISE TO GET YOU IN A UNIT AND THEN LIE ABOUT IT. THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION OR CONSIDERATION. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND LACKING PEOPLE SKILLS AS WELL.

Rented the truck at 3/4 fuel. Returned the truck at 3/4 fuel. The employee that returned the truck…read moreassumed it was supposed to be at full not 3/4 so he charged me for the premium fuel. I called and argued it immediately, he realized his mistake and said he took care of it. They have now hit my account with Two $106.69 payments and one for $130.78. They say they can't do a dam thing for me and gave me the number to corporate uhaul. Terrible customer service, rude responses, and an extra $237 and change in payment that I'm fighting to get back.
