This place has changed ownership a couple times. Started coming here after wash and wax depot moved locations and since has been bought out by someone else. It was always busy and they were always quick and friendly. Under the new ownership they have cut the staff in half and what used to be a 20min full service wash now takes 45 min. They don't have enough people drying and doing insides and the cars get backed up. The staff are rude and incompetent. They'll yell at you to move your car when there's no where to put it. They increased their prices while cutting the services and the quality of service has dropped dramatically. Stay away there's far better places to get a detailing. read more

After dealing with an awful experience at Prestige,(did no work, still charged me, still waiting on a return. ) these people were so professional!!! They took in my dad's car and for a beyond reasonable price had it looking brand new. They even went above and beyond, cleaning four extra times at no extra cost to ensure that the car felt new. My dad was beyond happy. And I will always recommend and return to this location. I wish I had before pictires because this car was not in the best shape... but afterwards it looked incredible. A few years ago this place was a good value and they did a pretty good job. Now....I'm just trying to use up my prepaid car washes that I have left on my gift card so I'll never need to come here again. I brought two different SUVs over a two week period and find the same consistently poor job being done. At least the 2nd time around I kept an eye on them and while they were drying my SUV, I had to remind them what the sign in front says for a "#1" car wash. They skipped the tire shine, they skipped drying the roof of my SUV, which you pay extra to have washed by the way. The skipped cleaning all the interior windows (backseat and rear windows of my SUV). They made the windshield look worse than when I drove in because the rags they are using are so dirty they actually transfer grime to the inside of your windshield as opposed to removing the window cleaner and whatever else shouldn't be on the inside of the windshield. When they "try" to clean the top-center portion of the front/outside of your windshield on an SUV you'll notice they step just inside the door jamb to get themselves higher up so they can reach. However, guess what is on the bottom on their wet shoes? MORE DIRT and GRIME. They are "should" put a rag where they plan to step like the other car washes do around town (that care about the job they do), but this place does not care, so they do not place a rag to absorb the grime on their shoes as they step into your car. They did not wipe it afterwards either. I believe the problem here is with the "Service Manager" if they even have one. Chances are they talk about the customers behind their back to keep their job "interesting" and act like they care when they are looking at your face. The reality is, most of the people working here are poorly trained and "hate" their job. The reason I think this is the case is because of "one reason": The end result speaks for itself and sums up the entire operation. They should change the name from "Northlake Auto Spa" to "Drive your car North into our Lake behind our Spa....it will look better!" read more

They are the most unprofessional and disorganized car wash I have ever been to. Not only did they do a horrible job washing my car ( missing door jams leaving streaks and all around horrible job) witch I had them redo about 2 times till I was just sick of waiting and doing there job. They put a one inch scratch on the inside of the window tint on the driver side window. I called the manager and asked him to make it right and he accused me immediately of lying and trying to get him to fix a already existing problem. I pulled in at 5:35pm on Wednesday. All sites say they close at 6:00. They already had the cones blocking off the entrance side and I was waved off by one of the employees. Why have hours posted if you don't stick to them? It's a shame as I live right across the street from them. read more

I haven't been that happy with the service. The woman at the counter is such a delight, though. We always have some sort of conversation when I get the car serviced there. Today, after the car exited the final portion of the wash, the car wouldn't start. I went to investigate and I got attitude form the short, silver haired person. As I investigated, the car lights and dashboard was illuminated and when I said, How is the battery dead, the person made a cocky smart ass remark. At that point, I realized that he was just being obnoxious so I left it alone. What I don't understand is why the attitude? You are in the customer service industry. That is not how you treat customers. Unfortunately, the company has just lost a customer that has been going to them for service for years. BTW...went back to get the battery checked out at the place where I purchased it and the battery is functioning very well after the test. The day I unfortunately visit, their machine wasn't working. They didn't tell me this, so I stood at the glass and watched my vehicle sit there. Nothing happening, just sitting there. After a good while, a fellow came and waved a wet brush over the hood and called it washed. The car was pulled to the end of the line where four people dried the one wet spot. I complained to the cashier and she just wanted to argue my car was clean, what more did I want? Save your money, go someplace else. read more

So disappointed. Not the same at all. The service used to be top notch and the employees were very friendly. This afternoon I stopped in and its CLEAR there are new owners and/or managers. The employees are now very rough looking, careless and even rude. There were people that seemed to be "hanging out" in the lobby speaking loudly on their cell phones. My exterior was clean, but my wheels weren't, they didn't dry the detail areas like they used to and they charge for floor mat cleaning ($4) which I found out at the cashier. The manager was rude to me when I asked him for change while he was dipping into the tip box and casually chatting with one of the previously mentioned loud cell phone talkers. This was the premier wash in the area-well worth the drive, price and wait. Now it's just a pretty place with rough employees and a manager who will likely run off loyal customers. 1 star for terrible cleaning. I paid 23$ for a car wash and was left with the tire shine dripping all over my tires which caused it to fly onto my car as I drove away. They basically run a vacuum through the car and do not take their time to get in all the tight spots. There were sticky remnants from our sons food/drinks on the back seats and those were not even cleaned off. The type of service we got would be expected from a $5 car wash but not somewhere you pay $23! Will never go here again! read more

The only reason I even gave them 1 star is because I was in a rush and they were pretty quick and the cashier was friendly. Other than that, the work they did was awful. I spent $20 on a Carwash that was equivalent to my 10 year old niece washing my car. The inside still had debris on the seats and the outside is mediocre. With 5 people working on it you would think they wouldn't miss a thing. My father owns a Carwash in Boynton and I didn't want to make the drive, but now I see I have no choice but to make the 25 min drive just to get a good Carwash. What a disappointment. read more

I am a very generous rater, but this had to be one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a while. The chain broke on the line and my car was stuck in the tunnel wash for over 20 mins as they fixed it. I understand things happen and so I was patient. When I recieved my car it was not what I paid for. The carpets were still dirty, the tires had not been touched, and the rims were a mess. I spoke to Abdul, hoping he'd make the situation right. Wow!! I brought my horribly dirty SUV here. I was a little leery due to the prior reviews but I had a coupon so I figured I would give them a try. I am so glad I did. I wish I took before pictures to really do this review justice. I had love bugs all over my front bumper -GONE. Spilled coffee and other crap on my console -GONE. Stain in the trunk - GONE. The guys that check your car in are like used car salesmen, they convince you to get a more expensive package and talk up the service and how great your car will look then deliver subpar cleaning. We visited the car wash on Sunday January 6th. Our car was not completely detailed. The trunk was not vacuum or the jam surrounding the trunk was not completely cleaned. I'm not sure how 9 people that were "detailing" the car could have missed that as well as not vacuuming out the rear floor board and in between the seats. Took my car here quick before heading out of town for the 4th. The guy who first helped me was very nice and helpful. They got my car in quick too. At the end the manager came over to my car and saw it was still very dirty (I haven't gotten the car washed in 3 months.... So I'm sure there was a ton of garbage stuck in there still). I Wanted a full detail and the man said hour and a half -2 hours, I said no problem . 2 and a half hours later my car was untouched. 2 cars that came in after me were under the detailing tent when I get back from lunch. Guy argued that he told me 3 to 4 hours which was a complete lie. I would have went somewhere else. Why would I make that up? 2.5 hours later I got my $143 refund. Very disappointed with service. Front was left with bug stains and interior was not e en wiped down. Interior windshield and review mirror were not even wiped down. Rude customer service (except front office girl is nice). Had a problem with being turned away for purchasing a gift card during the holiday almost and hour before they closed for daylight savings hours. Of course, the lead car wash guy didn't want to hear about it and kept modifying the events of what happened. Had previously talked to manager about this and he promised to upgrade the service for the trouble. This was a gift for a 92-yr-old WWII man who lives by himself. Had an awful experience there ! I wanted the simple $20 wash and vacuum, nothing fancy. The place was dead, i was the only customer. I pulled up and was told that i had to upgrade to a $50 package bc there was sabd on my floor. I explained i didnt want the $50 package. He said then we cant wash your car and walked away. Just has not been the same since the previous owner Steve has left. The workers don't seem as motivated and they don't do nearly as good of a job with the fine details of cleaning your car. Many mistakes and missed spots can be seen on the interior and exterior her. After a $30 wash I wouldn't expect it to look new but I would expect it to look better than if I went out and spent 30 minutes doing it myself. read more

I always ask for a hand wash because of my custom wheels, and they obliged without hesitation - and at a great price, too! Many other shops either don't do hand washes at all, or want to charge a lot extra for it. These guys did a good job, in a reasonable amount of time, at a great price. read more

Not worth the money. If you do go here, be wary of the "bait and switch" on the waxing, meaning the guy at the front of the car line tells you what you are supposed to get (such as hand wax) but if you don't watch carefully the short guy in the back will buff the car. When you mention it, the guy buffing pretends not to understand. Then you need to track down the guy from the front only to have him tell you that buffing is fine despite the fact that he charged for a hand wax. In short, bad experience. read more

I really did not like this place. I went there to have my car detailed. When I first got there the guy who took care of me saw that I had a coupon so he raised the price on the wash plus he did not have the best attitude. Then when the car was done i was not impressed it did not look as though the waxed the car, the seats still had dirt and crumbs on them, the floor mats were washed but were so wet they got the whole trunk (where they placed the mats instead of back where they belong) area wet, they left the window open in the car and it had started to rain so the inside of my car was getting wet. Then a little later when I went to put my kids car seats back in I noticed that they had broken a piece of plastic at the bottom of the seat. Went there today to get $5 off the Platinum package, which includes triple foam wax, rain-x, undercarriage wash, etc. Well I got bamboozled into purchasing a spray wax for $24.99 instead.
