(I paid double the going rate for such services in the metro) I was given three plans to completely redo my electrical systems in a 'Cadillac' version. I was pressured to sign on the dotted line, when I said I had to think about it, was given incentives like the exam fee would be waived and I had to decide then and there or I'd not be able to get the work done for months. I never contacted the company to be pushed to do a whole house rewiring. For that work I'd always contact 3 companies and get bids. I've had traumatic experiences with contractors and just this meeting was enough to make me nauseous afterward.

I was contacted a short time later that someone would be out between noon and 4. Relieved, I got back to work. It was close to 3 when the nice young man arrived. I let him in and ge went right to work. Less than 30 minutes later, he'd cleaned out and tightened everything that caused the issue. The cost was $120. This was a quick,inexpensive repair with very friendly service. I've already given their name to a friend who's having plumbing issues at his home. Thanks Metro! I got an estimate for plumbing work to be done on a house I was considering buying. It took them two more days to get the estimate to me and it did not arrive when they said it would. When they got it to it to me, it was too late and they did not give me the estimate in the way that I asked for it. Communicate with the company was not acceptable, I could not get ahold of the person I needed to talk to, they would not let me email with them.
