The menu is also a bit pricier than we're used to, and the food quality didn't justify the cost. On the positive side, the ambiance was nicer than expected. The bar and dining areas are spacious, and there are two outdoor seating sections, one enclosed and one open. The outdoor space, in particular, seemed like it would be a great place to host a party, with plenty of seating and a comfortable layout.

What should have been a simple meal turned into an unnecessarily long and frustrating wait. What made it worse was that our waitress didn't seem apologetic at all about how long everything was taking. In fact, she appeared much more attentive to the table next to us, who she seemed to know personally, while we were left waiting most of the time. To add to that, the water we asked for never even arrived. The experience ended on an uncomfortable note when we went to pay. Our card was flagged for possible fraud (likely because we're not from the area). While my husband was already pulling out cash to pay, a man wearing a beanie and chef jacket stood there in a pushy manner insisting we call the bank immediately while he waited. Between the extremely slow service, lack of attentiveness, and the uncomfortable payment interaction, the entire experience was frustrating from start to finish. Save yourself the trip and the time -- we should have listened to the reviews before making the drive.
