Absolutely incredible spot. Our favorite date night. The arcade is awesome. Dave and busters "upgraded" to all those fancy digital screen games. If I wanted to play that I'd just download an app on my phone. They have all the best games and the staff is incredible. Best arcade ever and lots of cool prizes! We love their skee ball machines, guitar hero, dance dance, and more. The mini golf course is also top notch. It's the best on the island, well kept, and always a blast. One of my favorite places when trying to enjoy summer on Long Island. If your a fan of mini golf or some one in your family is this definitely a place to visit. They added new turf to the course this year and have less algae in the water which was definitely a plus. I always love the differences in elevation and the way the course has a fun themed feel. It's a great place for the kids. You have a big arcade place where they have ice cream. You can get milkshakes root beer floats cones with all toppings cups, hot dog hamburgers, pizza chicken nuggets then when you go outside, they have miniature car and gold cars. Tiki has been around for a long time! Its great but the cars and turns on the track are a lot more tight and aggressive than I recall. I would not recommend this track for younger, new carting drivers! Wish the arcade had a few more games. But the staff was AMAZING and Great w/ all the kids! read more

This place was awesome for my 9yo birthday party! Even the parents had a blast. From the first phone call I made to get info- the staff was super professional, friendly and kind! We visited Tiki Action Park on our way back to the city! We played a game of mini golf and it was around $15 per person. The wait wasn't that long for a Sunday afternoon - our group of four was able to get started almost immediately. The game was pretty long! It took us about an hour and a half to get through all 18 courses. The courses were pretty varied, with fun curves and hills to play on. I gotta say, sometimes you're just pleasantly surprised. Something catches you off guard and it's a great moment. That's basically what occurred when my fiancé, her family, and yours truly stepped into Tiki Action Park for the first time back at the end of August. We were looking for some mini golf fun and TAP was a hop, skip, and a jump away from where we were. It should be noted that to find this semi-hidden tiki land will take a keen eye. Look for the little green and purple sign on the side of Middle Country Road and follow the trail down to what you'll surely think is a hole in the wall. Yeah, that was our first thought just from the whole exterior setup until we walked inside. That's when those first thoughts burned up in a tiki torch. Tiki Action Park had a clean and well-maintained interior with some pretty friendly employees. They have a small arcade area and a cafe for food (birthday parties too). These were nice side factors, but we were really there for the mini golf. With balls and putters supplied, we headed out to the course. Another note of good maintenance should be mentioned here because each hole was clean along the green and seemed like (for the most part) that there's some TLC taking place. I won't say the mini-golf course was anything amazing (plus two of our balls got stuck on the last hole), but it deserves enough credit to warrant a return trip. Hey, there's go karts too. It's an action park, remember? Overall, Tiki Action Park is a great little spot for kids and maybe even a family of adults looking to get their (mini) golf on. They keep a clean and organized establishment which should definitely have you wanting to come in. Came to Long Island all the way from Brooklyn & was looking for a fun place with go karts to take my nephews to. Encountered this place & couldn't be happier that I did. All of the staff here are super kind & professional. The owner, Paul, is the absolute best & sweetest ever! I was looking for a go kart package for 5 people (2 adults & 3 kids) but I couldn't find one on their website, so I called them & Paul was the one who actually picked up the phone. I told him that I wanted to come here with my sister & 3 nephews, a total of 5 people & that we were interested in going on the go karts so he figured out a way for all of us to go on the go karts. This is a prime example of excellent customer service & what it means to go above & beyond! When we got there, we all noticed how amazing the place looked. After going on the go karts once, we all loved it so much that we went back to the register a good 5 times to purchase tickets for the go karts again. After the go karts, we played arcade games until they closed. If we had more time, we would've tried the miniature golf but that will most likely be for next time. I highly recommend this place to everyone! Paul, you're a phenomenal person & I appreciate you for accommodating my family & I. I'm usually not one to complain but my group and I were seriously disappointed! DO NOT BOOK!!!!!!!! We booked an afterprom special which included food, drinks, ice cream, music...etc. my group booked for around 12:30 and we were greeted by tired, dry, and simply bored employees who were basically asleep on the desk! I understand it's late but employees have a commitment to work that there getting paid for!!!!!!! A little smile couldn't hurt and my group was uncomfortable on how we were directed and treated! On the after prom flyer it stated we could have our music played but when asked the staff were blah and said it couldn't be done! We were also not allowed to eat our pizza or drinks (which the pizza boxes were open when we got there) The arcade is extremely run down, dirty, and some games didn't even work! You have a total of 2 hours for your party! We started with go karts which were okay, nothing to special then moved onto golfing. The mini golf course was a big disappointment to be honest. Nothing special and way too long! We went back to go karting after! The employees got a little rude with us at that time and were extremely annoyed! They even told us that they would kick us off if we crashed again but it's literally go karting and one small slip causes a crash! Expect it to happen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! None of us had our phone on us so we didn't know what time it is! The employees running the go karts just let us continue intill our time was up. Which pissed me off the most is the manager working at the time actually came out before our time was up and was talking to the employees. The manger should have warned us since we have not eaten or had our ice cream yet! It's unbelievable that my party payed 68$ each just to not get of pizza, music, ice cream, or drinks. When we came back inside they were practically ready to leave, all cleaned up, and had there bags with them. When I asked about the pizza the manger was rude and said we couldn't get it. Respectfully we should have gotten the boxes to go bc we payed for that. Overall my group and I experienced here was EXTREMELY disappointing. A great time and a great staff! From the time I arrived to celebrate my daughter's birthday the staff were super friendly and attentive. They offered the best package for my party and held our birthday cake in the fridge for later. We started off with mini golf which was awesome playing in the various courses. After, we did the go cart racing, my daughter received a free birthday entrance to ride! Forgot to mention that every staff wished her a happy birthday which added a personal touch. Afterwards, the cake was brought out upon asking and they provided us with plates and forks. Staff member adjusted the lights for us to sing happy birthday and also cut the cake and distributed the slices!!! Tiki Action Park was awesome!!! In this review I am going to go over my entire experience with this place. I would review this place between 2 and 3 stars. I definitely recommend reading the whole thing as this is an extremely honest review. The mini golf is a lot of fun. Nothing super special or different from many other mini golf courses however the water features are a nice touch. But once again, 12$ I think is a pretty fair price as well for an 18 hole course. I went here with my friends last Friday (opening day) and we did go karting as well as mini golf and that time both were super fun. However, I was staying right around the corner from this place for the weekend and we decided to come back the next day with more friends and we all purchased the 1 hour go kart package as well as mini golf again. Mini golf was fun once again but where we ran into issues was with the go karting. Friday when we went go karting, everything ran pretty smooth and we had a great time. When we went back on Saturday, we handed the guy the paper with our 1 hour on it and he proceeded to flail his arms and scream "AHHHHHHH REALLY??!". (Keep in mind this is going to be the same "manager" I talk about in the rest of this review.) We started racing and for almost 20 minutes of the racing from the start, we were all set on a slow speed while karts were constantly breaking down and getting spun out. After all of this happening, I pulled my kart over to the side and asked to speak to the manager. This older man who said he was the manager came over to me and first asked what the issue was. I explained very respectfully, that I felt it was unfair that we paid 65$ for the go karting (per person) and that almost half of the time was slow at this point. This "manager" proceeded to scream in my face while spit was flying out of his mouth in my face telling me to "not tell him how to do his job" and that he didn't see an issue at all and that I have to keep racing. I proceeded to say that I would like to speak with another manager and he said "I am the manager there is no one else to talk to. If you don't like it you can leave". After being rudely screamed at and spit on, me and a few of my friends that saw what was going on stopped and got off and went to find the owner. We found him quickly and explained the entire situation. Thankfully, he was a very nice guy and walked back to the track with us and spoke with this "manager". The owner added part of the time back on, which I still think should have been more time added than the 10 extra mins he added to the remaining 40mins however it is what it is. No customer should ever have to deal with a employee or manager screaming in there face. It is completely unprofessional and disgusting. I recommend coming to this place only if you want to mini golf, or if you are okay with taking the chance of being screamed at and/or having a bad go karting experience. We did not pay for anything in the arcade as we already heard from other people that the arcade is horrible and the games are frequently broken. Remember, I did not use the arcade at all so do not take my word on that part of this review. I hope everyone reading this understands my frustrations and how I have been nothing but understanding and trying to see the best out of this place. If you are coming here only for go karting, RPM in Farmingdale is much more fun (however extremely expensive). read more

Im a kid at heart but this place is not just for kids promise! Went with my bf and it was the cutest date definitely amongst the oldest ones there without parents but who cares (other groups of young adults too). Got the big kahuna little less than $40 per person for 1 game of mini golf, 3 go kart rides, 20 arcade coins, 2 tries for lazer maze and 1 large drink. Such a good deal we spent a good 3hrs there just hanging out. Mini golf was cool whole tiki vibe going and there are actually benches at every hole! Did get a little congested but didn't wait too long for people in front of us. Got a mix of arcade games like shooting, tekken, racing, some old school crocodile/frogger game i loved as a kid, basketball, skeeball, air hockey! And ticketed games as well of course. All super cute varies how many coins they require. Some machines were better than others like one wheel on the racing game kept shaking or had tension. Air hockey didn't have a good air supply or that the puck took a beating already) the puck should move smoothly). The lazer maze looked a bit lame for us took some kids like 1-2min real quick so we just used those extra coins for games. Go kart was the best! Fairly long rides went just us and then waited for people. Pretty good track and depending on your go kart itll go faster or handle better most were fine. Only bad thing is watch your eyes if you're directly behind someone you may get dust and particles hitting you. They make you tie your hair up as well if your hair is too long (they can provide you with a hair tie if you don't have one). Got a medium slushie instead which was super nice but it tasted more like the snow cone ice vs a slushie. Duno if it was broken but people were confused like us. Great deal, lots of fun, no prizes really worth the amount of tickets unless you win a lot obvi but this spot was adorable! Was a place for pizza parties too. read more

If I had the chance to give it 3 and half stars that will be the rating , but don't get me wrong on the place ! The reason why a solid decent 3 and half stars should be given as mid . I liked the vibe but the arcade games were all not working very well and old . The mini golf looked pretty decent so that helps . The go karts need a little touch up . For it being behind a burger king and not much to do in Long Island it's decent to bring your kids . Renovation to the whole place will help it so much ! Cool place read more

What a pleasant surprise! We (grown up and kids) all enjoyed the visit. This place is very well run. All the staff in the play area are very helpful whenever we had a problem with the machines. The helpers at the go-cart area are very attentive and make sure the racers/riders are safe. The 18-hole mini golf was very cool too! The water features and the "course" is well designed for mini-golf goers. They even have a dog-leg and a long par 4/5 equivalent. We had relatives coming from out of town and we all had fun for a whole afternoon read more

I came here for my friends kids birthday party & for what this place is ... it's great for younger kids. They set up tables for your guest & serve food, we had pizza which was good, very cheesy along with soft drinks. The place itself is not very big inside it has a decent amount of games to keep the kids entertain I agree that they are kind of out dated but for the younger kids & the amount of time they are here it works out just fine. In the back u have the mini golf & go karts, no go karts for us since it was a rainy day & they don't run the cars when it's raining. Rain held off long enough to be able to play mini golf very cute course nice size & fun for the kids u would never know that this course is in the back of this place. I took my little cousins to tiki action park to have fun. Playing golf was fine but when we went to the go kart track the staff were being very inappropriate. They looked as if they were about 19/20 years old. When they had to pull up the string to start the go kart they were loudly moaning like middle school boys. My little cousins didn't understand but were very uncomfortable. I felt very uncomfortable as well because this behavior shouldn't be allowed at a place for little kids to have fun. We had my daughter's birthday party at 4:30 on Saturday and I could not recommend Tiki Action Park more. The party included tokens for the arcade, pizza or hot dogs for the kids, 18 holes of mini golf, ice cream, and the laser maze. Our hostess was extremely patient and excellent with the kids. Everyone had a wonderful time and my daughter was smiling ear to ear all the way home. This place is a hidden gem behind the Burger King. My only regret is that we didn't learn about this place sooner. Next time we come we will definitely try the go carts out. read more

Definitely kind of dated, but an excellent way to kill an hour or two and release your inner child. I honestly wanted to give it a "3," but my BF thought that would be uncharitable, so I'll cop to a "4." The go-karts are super fun and quite a rush. I believe it was my first time on one in 15 years. It wasn't too busy on a Saturday (most of the kids were inside playing cheesy arcade games) and the teenaged attendants gave us a few extra laps. We didn't play mini golf or get any food/beverage, so I can't say anything about that. The arcade games are alright but have seen better days and need maintenance. We played several rounds of skeeball (a great deal at basically 25 cents a game as opposed to $1.00 a game at Manhattan dive bars). However, the machines were smaller for little kids and waaaaay too old. They need servicing or replacing as they weren't counting the points correctly. It's a kids place, so yeah, things are kind of "blech" with their sticky fingers everywhere. Wash your hands well before you go and you'll be fine. read more

Tiki Golf is a bit long in the tooth, but give it a chance. The arcade games are all right but they work, which is more than can be said for a bunch of places I've been to lately. I think the skee-ball machines are original old-school models - awesome The go-cart track looks fun, but I've never been go-carting, and my kids are too little, so there you go. BUT THE MINI GOLF. I was left wondering if someone in the business has a side gig in concrete, b/c the mini golf has the most elevation changes of anywhere I've been on Long Island, and we did the grand tour this summer (my kids are mini-golf obsessed!) The best water features I've ever seen - serious water flow so that the water doesn't get nasty like too many places. Mature trees are all over, there's no mini golf place like Tiki. I would say that maybe Eisenhower Park is better, but that's only because they just recently cleaned that place up, and if you don't have a Nassau County leisure pass, EP is super expensive. Great place. I took my son and daughter here and we did the mini-golf course. Very cool course. We wanted to do the go karts but it started to rain. The manager was great and gave out coins for my kids to play in their arcade. I bought my son a slushy and the manager also gave him a free flavor refill. Very impressed. Went here based on the reviews and because it was best of Long Island 2019. Almost didn't find it since it was behind Burger King. It was fairly maintained. Mini golf was missing numbers. It really wasn't anything special. Go kart course was small. I did like a lot of the old arcade games, particularly the arm wrestling. We came for mini golf with a large group, we had a great time even though we didn't finish the course (the mosquitoes were out in full force, not the establishment's fault, but since we only played a couple of holes, we were offered a rain check). The kids loved all the gam,es and we stayed until closing. One of the things that really stood out to me was how great the staff was.
