I came here to do my chest X-ray and it took about 30 minutes after waiting. This place is walk in for X-ray do you can't make an appointment which is unfortunate. It would be so much faster if they allow you to make an appointment because for other procedures you can. So if you're a walk-in for X-rays, people with appointment will go before you. I found this place easy by looking at Google Street view and the place has its own parking spaces. The 2 ladies working the front was nice so I didn't have a bad experience with them. After checking in, they'll basically tell you to wait in the waiting room or if it's full then they'll ask that you wait outside or in your car. The guy doing my X-ray was cool with me and we had small chat during my procedure. The hardest park if you come in the afternoon will likely be turning right on Reseda since it's a busy street. read more

First time and what an awful experience! Once I walked in and approached the front desk the ladies were just staring at me and with stinky faces. They were rude the ENTIRE time. No one was getting any work done. Once another lady come back from her lunch they started moving again and quickly. Thank God for her! The two other girls left quickly and everything felt better. I came here for an apt the other day, and it was just one thing after another. I had to be at my apt by 245, so I went to the office, found parking easily and went inside.. talked to the receptionist to find out that I had to go across the street to the other building to get my ultrasound done. (I wish the people who made my appointment told me about this, which would of not made me late). I made it to the other building, and I finally went back to see the tech, and had to drink 32oz of water prior to my ultrasound. I get into the room she asked if I had to pee and I said yes. She started to do the ultrasound and told me that I never drank any water and that I need to come back in half an hour when I do. Granted I drank what I was told 40 mins before my apt, so her telling me that I was lying was uncalled for. I went outside, waited for 15 mins than came back into the room. By that time she was like "now your bladder is full", yet it was full the whole time. In the middle of my ultrasound, the phone rang so she dropped everything to answer it. Granted she never said excuse me for having to rush to her phone really quick and secondly why are you answering the phone in the middle of dealing with a patient ??? She had me go to the restroom to empty my bladder to proceed with the rest of my appointment. There was a line for the restroom, which was only one bathroom. Why is there not more that one in this office ?? Or at least direct them to a public one in the building that this office is attached too. I went back in for the second part of my ultrasound, the tech was still rude with her comments and again dropped everything she was doing to answer a phone call. If you're waiting for a call, let the front desk know you're in the middle of an appointment with a patient, so they can take down a note for you. Again very unprofessional. I won't ever come back, employees are rude. Parking in this specific building you have to drive down what looks like an alley and the spaces are really tiny. It's a run down building with graffiti on the outside of the walls. Than again it's on the corner of roscoe so makes sense now. read more

I was going to give this a rating of 1 Star, but the X-Ray technician that helped my Parent was super friendly, so that was a huge plus. As far as anyone else, well I'd say it's better to make an appointment with their other facility and not go to this walk in facility. I had a few issues with this facility. The first was the cleanliness, it reminded me of a county facility with the dirty floors, etc. It just wasn't aesthetically neat or clean. In addition, the young lady at the front desk, she ran hot and cold. Her ability to smile and be friendly seemed to be random with everyone. When we arrived, it almost seemed like it was going to hurt her to be courteous, but when we left she was all smiles. The customer service should always be on point. Front Desk (Latina with long black hair and glasses) not only has an attitude but she also lacks knowledge of her duties.. 3. Useless place and employees, when the machine is not working the technician is not available, i called before to make sure the X ray machine was working and they say "yes is working come over" i got there 15 minutes after and the technician left some stupid reason. the employees fail to call me back and notify me that the worker wont be on duty so he has the nerve to ask me if i could go to another location or come back another day. I just torn the referral form and filed a complain with my MD and the insurance. I got to be sent to a real professional diagnostic center in Burbank with smart employees. read more

I'm not being sarcastic or dramatic when I say that I was just ASSAULTED here. There were several notable but not severe issues the kept coming up and escalating up until the grand finale. Things like the wait was long, the waiting room is horrible, it kinda just feels run down. That's the basics. The tech took me back and informed me she was a student - even though I knew it would take longer I'm honestly fine letting someone learn because I've been there and you have to learn if you want to learn. The worst part of this was actually how rude the supervising tech was to the poor girl. It did seem she did several things wrong but honestly I would too if I had techzilla watching me. It was extremely inappropriate for her to even be saying the things to the student in front of me. I felt kind of like I was an object and there was no respect for the fact I'm not in there to take pictures of my happy/healthy organs. No! If someone's there for imaging MAYBE some sensitivity would be nice. So our poor student, who is kind of a victim here too, was really struggling and it lead to extended periods of me holding my breath and really excessive pressure on the organs that already hurt. Pressure is needed I know but not to this degree or in the extended lengths and repetive nature as techzilla corrected the girl to try again and again and again. Sometimes leaving full pressure on me while teaching her the computer and ignoring me. It's been about an hour and we've only done one kidney. I'm somewhat relieved when techzilla stepped in and said she'd do the rest only for the sake that she's faster and I couldn't wait for this torture to be over. She finishes - my stomach is covered in jelly and she pulls the paper used to protect my clothes out from my pants/shirt and said to clean myself off. Then I do and can't wait to just leave.... Here it comes!! As I'm leaving Techzilla comes out to tell me that SHE DIDNT DO THE RIGHT TEST AND THAT NOT A SINGLE IMAGE IS OF ANY USE!!!!! She blamed it on that the doctor didn't order the right test (not true) and when I repeatedly asked why I just went through 90min of hell for nothing she made up the and she blamed the most ridiculous things that all contradIcted each other. Not only did I leave with nothing I left in severe pain and lost two hours of my life I'll never get back. RUN!!!!! read more

This is an appointment facility for certain tests. Bone scans take about 10 minutes and require appointment . The tech was nice. Xrays are all walk in only. Best advice, be there by 8:00 . Techs arrive at 8:00 and if you are there early you are in & out fahad 10 x-rays and was out in approx 30 min. The Xray techs are really nice. The front office lady may have been having a bad day seems like someone peed in her cheerios this morning. read more

Goodness, this place is awful. As an important note, I will say that Dr. Jay Madhure is a very nice physician to work with. The problem is the front staff and general operations. It makes me never want to go back to this place unless I absolutely cannot help it. Came in to get a TB screening for my school program and they told me they could not scan/email me the results or mail it. As such, they wanted me to come BACK to their office to pick up the results. Their office message says their lunch hours are between 1-2PM every day. So I drove the 18 miles and arrived at 12:30PM and their office was CLOSED. I later found out that their office supposedly takes lunch between 12-1PM. Great, thanks for wasting my time. Today, I called to ask them if they could fax me a copy of the documents instead and they said no problem. Gave them the fax number and asked my boyfriend to be home to receive the transmission within the next hour. Two hours goes by and no fax. So I call back to complain and the staff member says that they are showing the fax to be completed but asked me for the fax number AGAIN. Before repeating myself, I asked her what she had down as my fax number and she could not answer. Or rather, she "declined" to answer. Uh huh... gave her my fax number again and finally received the stupid results. Prepare to have your time WASTED if you end up needing to get anything done here. read more

As soon as you walk in you're greeted by rude angry receptionist. I tried to understand the one that gave me attitude and gave me such a bad time as the office was full from wall to wall, no 6 feet apart here. It was around closing time so I just decided to come back another day since the receptionist looked sooo tired, irritated and angry. Everyone that would come and ask her a question she would answer with her attitude like you owe her something! Before leaving I asked when was a good time to come back during the the day and she says, "It's ALWAYS LIKE THIS!" and looks away! Wow! This morning I told my husband to go early and see if it was less busy and the ladies in the front would be in less of a bad mood and attitude. My husband just called me and said he was taking my son to the office in Valencia instead because this lady was being just plain rude, and told him " just so you know, wait time is more than one hour" OK! We know that! Do they say that so that we just leave?! It's working! It's sad they hate the job they do so much you can see it through their eyes. Where to even start? The inside looks almost abandoned! Dirty, cold, barely anyone working or making an effort to be "nice"! They take walk in's which I was like ok cool. So after waiting 25 mins to speak to the front counter, with all the attitude possible they tell us it will be a 1-1.5 hour wait. They have 5 chairs inside so I had to wait outside in 101 degree weather. An hour passes by and I go inside to stand but hey at least I'm out of the direct sun. An hour and a half passes and I ask one of the lady workers if she knew how many people were ahead of me and she nastily says, ummm idk maybe I can tell you after this patient. She had the paper IN HER FACE and she couldn't just tell me?!? 2 hours and 15 mins later I get called in to a nasty dirty trash everywhere dressing room with a door that doesn't close all the way and I go in for a process that takes maybe 5 mins! Why is this place even open? Why is everyone who works here absolutely miserable and pissed off all the time? This company is a joke!!! they ruin peoples life! Back on April I came for an X ray. I was told that my insurance covers the procedure. 4 month later I am getting a bill for $700! I called immediately , I was sure it was a mistake. The representative was rude and condescending; he said that my insurance company declined the claim. I asked him to refile the claim so I can go ahead and resolve it with them. I spoke with them couple more times. I was so upset as I was told my insurance is verified. If I knew that I am not covered, I would be shopping around for a different imaging company that charges better rate. I now have to deal with a collection company and that after I was told they will resend the claim. I called my insurance company to check the reason for declining the claim. They told me that this claim was sent one time only and never been refilled. This is not the first time I've had billing issues with this company. The take patients without double checking their eligibility, and without reaching out to the insurance company. They just send you huge bills and then you have to run around like crazy in order to resolve the charges. Radnet is the company who does the billing and they are rude and unethical. Beware, never go there before you are 100000% sure that the verified your eligibility. Shame on you! read more

I am a caregiver & called 1st to ask how long of a wait there would be for a simple Right Knee X-ray & was told to come in 1 hour. I brought the patient exactly in 1 hour & when we arrived was told the X-ray tech just went to lunch. Needless to say, I was upset but knew we could run an errand & return in 1 hour. We filled out paperwork to speed up the process for when we returned. Upon our prompt return, I dropped off the patient 10 mins. early in hopes I would not have to wait in my car, which says it is 114 degrees outside today in the Valley, too long. After 1/2 hour, I phoned the patient only to be told there were 7 patients waiting before her! I asked to speak on the phone to the office personnel who promptly told me that she took over for the Manager who originally told us to leave & return in 1 hour & who also said my patient would get in promptly. Needless to say, I was extremely irritated!!! I explained what we were told & how due to Covid & the office requesting only the patients wait in their air-conditioned office lobby that I was not happy. I definitely would not recommend coming to this facility for any exam!!!! I will be letting the doctor's office know so they do not refer patients here either. Very poor customer service! I'm already annoyed and when I ask the lady why I had to be here so early if no one was going to be here until 7:01 she said " I don't know, that's not my problem". The worst customer service I've seen in a long time. This place needs to be closed down or completely restaffed. Everyone who works here has a bad attitude except the actual examiner. Rude staff! So the only person that does X-rays was on lunch but hanging out in the reception area telling people that he's on lunch and back at 3 pm! So unprofessional. So they were trying to shove me off to another facility in panorama city but I declined as it was 25 min go 3 pm. When I decided to sit they gave me a shitty face like they would have rather I left! Wtf! Then dude is just hanging out talking to the staff while he's allegedly at lunch...so to kill time I ask, "ok do u want to process my paperwork while I wait?" The African American lady said "no just sit down and we will process u when it's time!" All of them were clearly burned out and pissy! Sorry but if u don't like ur job, quit but don't take it out on every person that walks in! Meanwhile X-ray tech is complaining about how he's bombarded all day and random convos about how bed bugs went in his ears once and how he feels like it's laying eggs WTF?!! Whoever owns this facility- take notice! Your fucking staff is miserable and taking it out on all the patients. Also they need to be re-trained and redeveloped to act appropriately in the presence of the public!!!! If you have to get a mammogram, and if you're a woman of a certain age you should, the Sunday team at Northridge Diagnostics is the bomb! They were all super nice and made me feel very comfortable while getting my boobs smashed in a machine. This place is awesome. Cindy S. Is amazing. She was very kind and helpful. My order from my doctor had not come through yet and she went to great lengths to get my x-ray done and was very attentive and compassionate. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. All staff wore masks and gloves and I felt like it was a safe place to be in midst of the COVID pandemic. I also had Chris do my x-ray and he was fantastic!! Very attentive and helpful. He was gentle with my injury and printed out my r images right away and sent my results stat so that I can get the proper treatment right away. I love this place!! read more

WOW! AVOID IF POSSIBLE! Ive been a patient of Northridge diagnostic for years. This is my first time at this location. This isnt the main building, this building is located across the street. They only do x-rays at this location. They dont take appointments, and only have one tech working! SO, needless to say, everyone was told that there will be over an hour wait. This is an example of horrible protocol! I was told that they have other locations but if they have the same protocol, it will be pretty much of the same. After having my xray taken by a super friendly tech, she told me that they DO make appointments. I was told over the phone to 'Just walk in' . Again, another example of poor management and protocol here. Another Pet Peeve of mine when visiting ANY medical facility: Respect the privacy of the patient....Yelling over the counter at patients that are seated and asking them what they are there for or what body part is being x-ray is breaking HIPPA privacy regulations. Other than the awesome tech, this place gets a two thumbs down from me! read more
