In September, my van was serviced at Northside's Liverpool location. It's the second time I have used Northside to repair my vehicle - several yeas ago I had my 2002 Dodge Gran Caravan repaired there after a major collision with a deer. The ol' girl is still running and (except for some rust - not Northside's fault) looking great! Recently, my driver side power window "seized up". I thought of Northside right away based on my previous experience with them. From the time I walked through the door, everything went smoothly - Jennifer was great; the estimator (don't remember his name) stepped away from what he was working on to get my van looked at, determine the problem and provide me with an estimate; and the service department "squeezed" my repair into a busy schedule - I walked in Friday morning and drove off with a new regulator installed/window working like new Monday afternoon! The Liverpool location is "right around the corner" from my house and (after making a couple of phone calls just to check their quote against other auto body/glass shops) I found the price more than fair. read more

I recently had my car towed to Northside Collision, upon being involved in an auto accident. My car was hit on the driver's side at a good speed, due to the fact; other party ran a red light. Hood, bumper, LED headlamp, wheel well & electrical wiring would be the task at hand to repair my car. Justen, truly understands the needs of his customers. He listened to my concerns and promised to update me on a weekly basis. He inquired, how I would like to be contacted, phone or text? I was pleased to learn they could text me with updates. Like clockwork, every Tuesday I received my text update. One of Justen's text messages, involved sending my bumper part back, since part didn't fit my car correctly. Justen's attention to detail far surpasses most managers who work in repair body shops, including dealerships. The day I picked up my car I walked around it & inspected the car before I went in to see Justen. My car looked like, it was driven out of a dealership showroom. I has some body damage to my car after hitting a deer. I took it to Northside for three reasons: It is close to my work, they work with my insurance company, and they provide loaner cars. I didn't expect the fast courteous service I received. It was above and beyond what I had expected. I was impressed from the first moment I walked in the door and was greeted in a very friendly manner. Justin was my contact person. He was very professional and kept me updated on the progress of the repair. It was completed ahead of the date promised. The loaner car was very nice, clean and comfortable. Lastly the work on the car was beautiful... no trace of the collision. They even buffed out an old dent and made it less noticeable. What a great job! Never thought I would need a collision repair shop but after 59 years I had a pretty bad accident and my car needed to be repaired or totaled. My insurance company did decide to repair my car even though it was quite old. Never having had an accident before I really needed some hand holding. I found out that Northside Collision was just the place. Every step of the repair progress I would get updates and explanations, sometimes twice a week. I could not have asked for more of a courteous, helpful, hassle free experience. I was extremely satisfied with the final results, they didn't treat my old car any different then they would a newer car. My son's car was only 5 days old and I guess someone didn't like what they saw when he went to Destiny USA to see a movie. He came out and saw what looked like someone had jumped on the hood of his car and left a big dent! We took the car into Northside Collision Liverpool, got an estimate and made an appointment to get it fixed. It was done a day before promised looking as good as new. Bryan and staff was very helpful and informative so much so that we'll be taking my wife's car in for repairs in a couple weeks.
