Nice and clean place! Very cool atmosphere! The bartenders were friendly and the service was fast and top notch! Nice selection of drink options. I gave a 4 star instead of 5 because they didn't have any bloody Mary's! All and all a really great experience and can't wait to go back for shuffleboard!

We had a great first-time visit to NorthSouth Club. They have an excellent location, near good restaurants. The ambiance/vibe is great, especially when they can have the large garage doors open. The place is very clean, the equipment isn't shabby, and they have a large bar and offer minimal snacks. They also had very friendly service, and the pricing for 1.5 hours of deck shuffleboard per person was very reasonable. We visited in the early afternoon and were newbies playing deck shuffleboard. We received a quick how-to and then we were left to have fun. We had a great time playing and would return to play again. They have six deck shuffleboard lanes, and they take reservations. They also have several axe-throwing stations. Side note, they are a cashless establishment. We had a great time and would return. Highly recommend NorthSouth Club!

This was a really nice place to go with family. I have 3 young adult children. We really enjoyed the 1.5 hours of shuffleboard and would like to do the axe throwing next time. The staff was great from checking us in to the bartender who was quick to take our order. We had Spotted Cow, but we didn't eat this time around. The ambiance was awesome, with shuffleboard in a nice relaxed atmosphere. Just to be on the safe side you should make reservations on their website before you go here.

This place is really cool! We came here for my dad's 60th birthday and rented a shuffle board lane. They have both shuffle board and axe throwing, which is cool. They have a huge bar and drink selections and some cool flight options. It's a great spot to get a group together and have some fun. I loved the decor!

So much fun! I came here on a Saturday night with family that was visiting town for the weekend. We were able to just walk in and get an open lane to try axe throwing! There was an instructor that explained how to throw the axe, and watched us each take a few practice shots before letting us go for it on our own. We struggled at first to get the axe to stick, but we eventually swapped out for a sharper axe, which was a game changer. We definitely improved as time went on! I also loved the North meets South concept of this place - Axes for North and Shuffleboard for South. Their cocktail menu was broken out with the same themes, super fun! I'll be back to try Shuffleboard next time!

OMG best place ever. Very spacious and 6 TVs. You can even play Mario Brothers. Only suggestion would be more food options.

Axe throwing of the north woods meets southern shuffle-boarding of the Florida retirees, and it was fun! This was an interesting concept, and executed well by the interior cabin-esque, palm tree accented space. I came here with a group of six on a Saturday night, having a reservation for 730. We arrived a little early to fill out the waivers (yes, you have to fill one out for shuffleboard). At first, I was not sure how the experience would go. Our reservation start time was running late, and it was difficult to be served at the bar. But around 745 a staffer found us and explained shuffleboard. The reservation of 90 minutes began and that was definitely enough time! Shuffleboard was really fun and surprisingly challenging. You get you own drinks from the bar (I hope they add more tap beers) and there are supes cute sitting areas by each shuffleboard lane. I would urge caution with the biscuits and that they can be difficult to stop. I saw a few fly off the lane and hit spectators' feet. Maybe a small installed lip would help to stop them. Towards the back are the axe throwing lanes, which I did not use, but would return to try. This was new experience, and I plan to come back in the summer when the garage doors are up!

NorthSouth club is a new bar that is just starting its soft opening (grand opening on August 3rd) and it is one of the most exciting places opening in Milwaukee! It is both an axe throwing space (north) as well as shuffleboard space (south) with a full bar. I got to go to a soft opening and was amazed at the space. First off, the space is huge! Very high ceilings, big open areas to gather, huge garage doors that open during nice weather... It's a really large open space that does not feel cramped in the slightest. Despite being so open it also feels extremely cozy. With hanging string lights and big couches you'll always find a comfy spot to lounge and either wait for your turn or just hang out. If you choose to do axe throwing or shuffleboard you have to check in first and sign a waiver. You may want to get there early to get it signed and order a drink or two while you wait. You will have someone explain the basics of axe throwing or shuffleboard rules depending on which you do. I did both, and it was a lot of fun! I'm not so good at either but it's definitely a good time. The owners of this bar also made Axe MKE so if you've been there and enjoyed the axe throwing you will like it at NorthSouth as it's the same. The bartenders were nice and attentive. As it's a soft opening they were all pretty new but they crushed it! Had so much fun with my friends and cannot wait to go back.

First time coming here to "blow off some stream" after a tough day. Upon arrival the check in staff member was really welcoming and nice! We came earlier and she let us know we could walk around, grab a drink, or try other activities there while we waited for our lane to be ready. The bar wasn't too busy and some of the bartenders weren't that friendly which was a bummer. They didn't greet you right away or acknowledge you were standing there. I did finally get a good bartender who took care of me and remembered my name! That was a nice personal touch! Every time he saw me waiting he let me know he'd be right with me and remembered my order! Wish I remembered his name! Their drinks were reasonably priced! When we were placed at our lane Colin helped us throughout the whole process. He taught us how to throw the axe properly and gave us proper safety tips so we wouldn't get hurt. Very entertaining too! I upgraded for $10 to add confetti filled balloons to our lane. That was such a fun addition they offered! I loved the atmosphere here, it is so pretty!! The lightening and layout has a great feel to it. Will come back and bring some friends!

They also have two-handed only ax throwing

**BEWARE: Two-Handed AX Throw Only** Unfortunately, I brought a couple of Friends here to ax throw. No one handed throws allowed.

He signed us up for a time on a Friday night and it was completely packed. We got there early to grab a drink and scope out the props for our hole. They have a full bar and so many fun and random props to create your hole. It's a lot of fun to see the creative side of everyone. You have around an hour to design your hole and another hour then to play all of the other holes. My one tidbit on this was I think we could have used a little less time to design and more to play the holes, because we weren't able to finish all of them. Overall, I would definitely come back here. I think I would recommend not to have too large of a group, because that's what makes it take longer for each hole.

The spread was laughable for the price paid. The pizza was probably the best value. What sucks the most is that they take everything away after an hour and a half, even the "safe to leave out" things like pretzels. You can't leave food out that we paid for, especially if it's not a health concern? Maybe provide boxes so people could take things home? Wasteful and disappointing. The pizza and garlic bread got the best reviews. Cheese and veggie tray were what you'd expect. The staff behind the bar were friendly and quick to help, but I wasn't a fan of the demo provider. Spoke quietly and was upset that the group couldn't hear him though it was pretty full in the event space with another party who was already underway. The idea was unique enough but you'll need extra time to set up the courses. Overall, not impressed with this venue. Recommend any other Bars and Rec instead.

There were 6 of us total celebrating a friend's birthday. As soon as we entered the room we set about our task. We received periodic updates to the scenario and I won't say much more as to not spoil the game for others. We got out with ten seconds to spare!! I'm 2 for 2 on getting out of escape rooms. Only odd thing was they suggested we create agent names and we wrote them on our sheets but they never came to play. Perhaps that was up to us to embrace more. I'm back home for the holidays and was excited to introduce a group of Milwaukee friends to my new obsession. I gotta say, this room was a very pleasant surprise. While the look of the room was a little bland, the puzzles were for the most part excellent. It's rare I run into a puzzle that's totally new to me, and this room had two memorable standouts. Great use of technology, including puzzles that require physical teamwork (the best kind). The owner/operator was a friendly, quirky gentleman who enthusiastically brought us into the story of the room. We had a chance to chat with him afterwards and his next room, The Election, sounds fantastic - wish I was going to be around when it opens! My only gripe about this place was that we found it too easy - we broke the record and escaped in about 25 minutes. That was probably due to having a couple veterans on the team. If this is one of your first rooms (and seeing as I've only found 6 in Milwaukee, it probably is!), I absolutely recommend it. Good times!

Only one of our members got scolded for trying to touch something a little too much regarding the stuff that's actually adhered to the wall (lol). Don't wanna give away any spoilers, but there was a lot of really cool elements in that specific room and the theme fit together really nicely!
