Super thankful! Let…read moreme explain why. First, I called to schedule an appointment, and the woman I spoke with on the phone was extremely pleasant and helpful. I asked for a same-day or next-day appointment as I am trying to get pregnant, and my doctor believed I had a dangerous cyst and wanted me to get an MRI with contrast on it. Well, this woman called all these locations, got the pre-approval, and worked her magic. I was extremely impressed with the customer service. The second thing that happened was when I got there I got all setup and the NP I believe found out I was looking to get pregnant and was concerned that the cyst may not be a cyst and could be a follicle since it was over a month since not getting my period. She did a normal preg test but it was neg but it could be just that I was early. The thing that I loved was that she was so concerned and understood what my concerns were and asked that I come back a different day after my blood work came back with a negative preg test. I am so I'm[dressed that she was truly concerned and thought what was best for me. I feel so comfortable and thankful for people looking out for others and not proceeding with something that could harm a baby if this were to be done... so Kudos to that NP! Came here for an X-Ray of my hip and it was easy and convenient…read more Waited only about 20 minutes until I was called. The X-Ray was quick, but getting up off the X-Ray table was the hard part. The person doing the X-Rays saw how much pain I was in and said she would put a rush on the results and told me to call my doctor the next day. Sure enough I called my doctor's office and the results were there. The people working here are friendly, I will definitely return when I need more testing for this hip pain I've been having.

It was totally unprofessional. I continuously advised them they were triggering an allergic reaction after I had spinal fusion and an incidental pneumothorax but nobody cared. When I called again, I was advised that Sierra was not in this day and someone will return my call. I'm still awaiting a call. Can I request negative stars on this site?
