Absolutely horrific experience trying to schedule my yearly scans which one of my doctors wanted earlier this year. The incompetent, rude representative kept insisting I could not get my scans earlier than 1 year from the last one. I have a prescription AND my insurance pays wellness visits on a calendar year basis if it is a different year than the last AND my doctor wants it earlier (medically necessary). She was unprofessional, had no knowledge and did not care or listen. She was a true witch. IF this in any indication of the staff, I dodged a bullet. read more

Little to no wait, personable staff - made for a very smooth MRI with radiation. There are two radiology rooms though, so make sure you're heading to the right one (they're on different floors). They let me choose a pandora station and checked on me periodically. I hope not to come back, but if I must, I know I'll be in good hands. read more

Upstairs people are excellent. Cami (?) with the straight brown hair, mid 20's, was the tech both times I was there. She was friendly and made me feel comfortable when I said I was mildy nervous. Was told upon check in that a second doctor that I wanted to get my MRI results "wasn't in their system" so the woman at the desk "couldn't send it" but she "could email me a copy". She sat reading a magazine - not time to look up a fax number on the internet? Then days later I called because I hadn't received any email and now was told they can't do that. Then I called the ordering doctor's office and they say they never received the results. Called ProHealth back and they say they sent it. Had to have it resent. Called to re-check. My husband had a 12:30pm appointment for an MRI. We were running literally 4 minutes late because my husband got held up at a funeral he had to attend earlier. When we arrived at the parking for the clinic it was packed and it took a few more minutes to circle around and find a spot. We followed directions and ended up on the second floor, but were told to go back down to the first. With all that we came in the office at 12:40 on the dot. The receptionist told us we have to reschedule because we are late and there people coming in right after us. 10 MINUTES! Really?? The technician , who came out to join the converation, told us we were supposed to be here at 12:15. First time I here of that. I made an appointment for 12:30. I was never sent a reminder or a notification to arrive 15 minutes earlier. No correspondense at all. They agreed to do the test in the end. After which we were sent upstairs to get the CD with the scans. Were told to sit down. We sat for 40 minutes until my husband got up to ask hiw much longer it will be. The receptionist, with the words : "Oh, you are still waiting?" reached behind and handed the CD over to my husband. It was there the entire time. read more

Not the upstairs office as they are awesome. I am talking about Suite 110 downstairs in MRI office They called to confirm this appointment yesterday and told me it was 12:45 pm, When we arrived at 12:20 we signed in upstairs in Suite 200, apologizing for being early The staff said no worries as we had some paperwork to fill out, gave us the paperwork and sent us downstairs. When we went down to the MRI office I apologized again for being early for appointment but said we would wait with no problem. She tells me the technician is out to lunch and won't be back until our original schedule appointment time of 1:00. I told her that when they called to confirm they told me 12:45, she replies, Well they were wrong!!! I ask if it's okay that we wait. My daughter and I sat there, watching the informational television and having a quiet conversation. When my daughter finally gets called in for her MRI, the receptionist calls upstairs to complain about the fact that we were "super early" and going on and on as I am sitting not more than 3 feet away from her. The office, office staff, & technician are pleasant when I go there. I called them because my Dr. sent me the report. I read it carefully, but had 1question on a graph that did not have a key. My Doctor would have to guess at the answer. The only one who I want the answer from is someone at Siton-Hammel. It would take less than 5 minutes. I have been going there for years. I am disgusted that they could not help me. They will test you, but don't expect any details or help!!!! Most primary doctors are too busy to go into details, & this graph is vague. In the normal area is the word left. In the problem area is the word right. They are both connected to a black button in the middle. Does that mean both my left and right hip are in the middle category, or does that mean my left is OK, and right is not OK? Why on page 1 do they only have a picture & info on the left hip? Why can't testing places be of any help? read more

Think Twice !!! The team at Sitron / Hammel is not focused on patient satisfaction, is not focused on customer service, and most importantly is not focused on you. Plenty of other choices, you deserve better. The office stay is unorganized, and seems immune to the concerns of the patients. read more

I am on the fence about giving this doctor (Dr. Jonathan Luchs) a bad review on yelp. Ive seen a lot of negative experiences written on here from those who did not like or agree w/ a Docotor's assessment and took it out on them here. That being said... I learned my mother had a degenerative back disease...roughly translated a bad disk which causes chronic pain. OK. Sucks for my family... Anyway, we have seen Dr. Luchs for the diagnosis and treatment of this problem four times. The facility, nurses, and office staff are all incredibly nice and efficient, which is very uncommon for an office like this; however, the doctor (Dr. Jonathan Luchs) who is working with us has some serious issues which need to possibly be watched by whomever issues medical licenses. Dr. Luchs bedside manor is atrocious Now I have NEVER had a doctor show: 1. blatant negligence of someone's condition 2. not properly explain what is wrong and how to proceed 3. dictate into a machine during our appointment without first talking to me about my mother's medical issue 4. expect me to continually remind him of my treatment history while under his care In addition to seeking out a 2nd opinion because I don't trust this guy, I also feel compelled to write a yelp review about him. I really think he should be reported to whoever monitors doctors, because his lack of awareness and blatant disregard for individuals he interacts with is what leads to horrible medical accidents like administering the wrong prescriptions, mistaken diagnosis, performing surgery on the wrong body part, etc. All I can hope is that what comes around, goes around. read more

Im sorry, but I would never go here again. I had a terrible experience. I was sent here to get a CCK Hida scan and was told it was approved for the wrong location and that I had to call and get the location changed, which took 30 minutes because I was on hold on and off. After that, I sat there for TWO hours waiting to be called to later find out that they CONFUSED me with another patient who had a similar name to mine and was similar in age. She received my radiation shot and I had to drink the drink she was supposed to for whatever test she was getting (which was disgusting btw) they really need to get their priorities together. You can't just go confusing patients like that !! Horrible. read more

NEVER GO HERE FOR AN MRI!!! I went the first time for my "3:30" appointment and was told that my appointment was 3:55. THey could not tell me why or how come their records showed the later time. But their tech was running over an HOUR AND A HALF BEHIND. The woman next to me had a 2:10 appointment and she still was not seen at 3:45. They never called me to reschedule. I then changed my appointment for the following Monday, at 3:45. When I showed up they told me that my appointment was 4;00?!?!? Really AGAIN??? AND again, the tech was running late so they would not take me until AT LEAST 4:20. I left with my script and made an appt instead with Zwanger Pesiri. Suggest you go there to begin with! read more

Staff here is totally inept. I called last week to get an appointment for my son. They say they will call me back but never do. After the weekend I call and they don't even recall that they spoke with me like 4 times last Friday. Still don't have an appointment because they say they have not received the Fax - my doctor sent twice. They keep insisting that I call my doctor back. Who is getting paid here? I put in a complaint to my doctor and hope to get schedule someplace else. I won't accept an appointment here in the future. Your getting paid to bring in business - do your job! read more

First off their MRI staff is wonderful. I always anticipate a long wait -bring something to read. That's goes for any Dr. Appt!!! If you are anxious the techs really take their time with you-go out of their way to put you at ease :) they also give a very thorough explanation of what to expect. If meds are required to put you at ease/you get them from your dr-not at the MRI facility. I would def come back for all my MRIs. read more

Stay away from their MRI. They kept me waiting for 35 minutes. i was given a headset that did NOTHING to help me with the noise decibles. I had to submit to blood test AGAIN since they did not ask me to bring one and couldn't wait for my Dr. to sen one over. (Why didn't they ask me while I was sitting there for 35 minutes?)When I got out of the machine I asked the tech about the noise level. It was at least 3 times louder than that of a brain MRI. She told me AFTER that they do have earplugs, that they DO give medication to calm people down. So, telling me AFTERWARDS did NOTHING to help me. This was a most HORRIBLE experience. read more
