My partner and I did the self-guided tour and immensely enjoyed ourselves, being able to move and read everything at our own pace. It was so amazing to learn about the local history in this way! To know that over 90% of the artifacts are original?! That's almost unheard of. It really is well preserved. They certainly didn't give me any indication of this when they charged me the full price of $250 dollars, even when I was surprised respectfully asked if they would consider giving me a discount. They unashamedly charged me full price for a job that they knew was only "workable and not ideal." When I came back to talk it over with them, rather than working with me they made me feel foolish and rude for holding them accountable for their work. This is classic gaslighting. I previously gave them two stars--wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, after discovering that they knew that they were doing subpar work I'm dropping it to one star. This brings their characters into question. It appears to me that they are dishonest and inconsiderate. I certainly won't be giving them any more business.
