Text stated brown/ muddy brake fluid and recommended a flush. My picture certainly doesn't show brown/muddy. Also stated metal in the power steering fluid so ran a sample through a coffee filter and no metal there. Long story short after a phone call and going down there for the manager to a look at it he still feels his mechanic was in the right and felt the fluid was definitely dirty. Did say that brown/muddy "may" have been a little much. Bad taste in my mouth over actions and words used. Not going back and not recommending them anymore. Showed up with my email confirmation in hand and the guy behind the counter says to me that "I" have a problem as their online scheduling system doesn't actually schedule an appointment with them and that I should have called to confirm my appointment. Hmmm. I said that this is not a me problem its a you problem and that I have my confirmation email and he advised me that yes this is a 'me' problem and that he cannot get me in for several weeks. Hmm again, its my problem that their system does not schedule itself and I should call to confirm even though they sent me a confirmation email. After many years of having my vehicles serviced at this location (yes online appointments also) as they are close to home, I will never go back to them. The warranty company tried to come out the first time but the lift was wrong, then it was an issue with the key, then another issue and another. I called the warranty company, the claim was closed and never reopened. They were always dodging calls etc. They currently have our key fob and are dodging calls to give it back. Key fobs are expensive. He has since refused to provide it to us. A report to better business bureau has been made. This is the first time I've ever done this to a business, very unfortunate.
