Rattle off a bunch of instructions or whatnot. I'm like "what's that?" In several appointments, we had to wait 20-30 min to be seen and we arrived there early, mind you. The parking is easy and it's just across the street from the hospital. The rooms that they put you in are small but manageable but you can certainly see some wear and tear (paint peeling off, walls a little dirty/scuffed up). Dr. Ko is professional but he needs to slow down. Glad that he does eye surgery too.

I legit could not see your face unless you were a few inches near me. Now, I can see pretty far. Back then I had an excuse to not say hello to people ("sorry, I didn't see you there. I literally can't see you"). Now, I can avoid people at a much quicker pace because I can see them from afar. The four star review is specifically towards Dr. Nicholson. He was such a kind, calm, and patient doctor. From the first time he met with me to the last eye appointment I had with him, he was just amazing. He explained all the options for laser eye surgery to include his opinions on each one. I decided to do PRK instead of the normal laser eye surgery. Although the results take longer to show (its not an instant clear, "I can see" result), it's less invasive to the eye. The surgery itself was quick. It was so quick that when Dr. Nicholson went out to notify my husband, my husband assumed something had gone wrong with the surgery. You guys, it took less than 20 minutes to do both eyes! The experience itself is kind of weird. He puts clamps on your eyelids so you don't blink during the process. Keep in mind that he does put a numbing agent on your eyeballs. From my perspective, it looked like he was brushing my eyes. There were a few other things that he did but I remember this specifically because it felt so weird. It didn't hurt though. Also, keep in mind that I also took an over the counter drug to calm my nerves. During my ride home, my eyes were on and off blurry or clear. It was the first time in years I could see a license plate. The healing process was not bad. I asked for a few days off from work. It took almost three months for my eyes to consistently stay clear but it didn't affect my work nor my driving. Throughout that time, I had follow up appointments with Dr. Nicholson to see how I was progressing. My eyes are still pretty good. It has gotten slightly blurry again but it doesn't require any use of glasses or contacts. I can still see faraway signs. The only side affect is, if I am out at night, the lights have this star burst effect on them. It's not a big deal at all. As for the front desk and schedulers, they were terrible and quite frankly, pretty incompetent at scheduling and triaging patients. I have never had to deal with so many issues with scheduling. I had gotten the run around and often times, was given excuse after excuse. Basically, they never admitted they were wrong when it came to scheduling issues. I hope they've improved their process. There were multiple times where I wanted to give up and take my money and my business elsewhere. I have gone back and forth if I should give this business 2 stars but it wouldn't be fair to Dr. Nicholson's professionalism. I definitely trusted Dr. Nicholson from the first and last meeting. With the front line, not so much.

My husband had cataract surgery at Evergreen Eye Center in Federal Way. After we went home on the…read moreday of the surgery, the protective contact lens they put in his eye suddenly popped out. We were concerned and called the post-op phone number listed on the sheet we were given at the center. The number went to a recording only, and long (circular) story short, we were never able to reach an actual human being, let alone a doctor or a nurse. We had to drive all the way back over to the surgery center where there was no one at the front desk (note this was during their normal business hours). We ended up having to bang on the surgery room door to get someone to come help us. We were told that my husband's eye was doing OK, but when I questioned them about the phone number they had given us and requested a phone number where we could talk to an actual doctor or nurse if there were further complications, we were met with confused looks, digging around in drawers looking for "a card," and very rude behavior from one nurse. The nurse would not allow me to explain the problem but instead, interrupted, talked over me, and raised her voice, telling me I was in the wrong. They would not allow us to speak to a doctor at this time either and would only give us a number one of the nurses googled on her own personal cell phone. We were shocked! I am sincerely hoping that my husband does not have any bleeding or other complications tonight or tomorrow before his post-op appointment because Evergreen has essentially abandoned us and neglected to provide proper post-operative care, which is tantamount to medical malpractice. I will never go to this clinic again or recommend it to any family members or friends. Stay away!

This team went above and beyond for me during my healing process which was less than ideal. Dr. Stephens educated me on next steps at each follow up appointment and went out of his way to make sure I was cared for, he even came in on Christmas Eve. I had 2 BBL treatments by Marina. The results were fair, as would be expected with BBL. That is ,…read moreless pigmintation and less redness however my entire face swelled SO badly that my eyes were almost swollen shut. (It was a painful procedure and Marina does not believe in using topical lidocaine. Studies have shown that the results are just as affective with the use of lidocaine.) It took more then a week to look somewhat normal again from the swelling. In addition, my next BBL appt was canceled twice by Marina, both at the last minute because she was sick. I now go to Skin Logic spa. The use of lidocaine and cold air during the procedure made it painless. My results are even better and I had no facial swelling at all the next day.

They stepped in immediately, got me numb, removed the tooth quickly, and were incredibly kind and compassionate throughout the entire process. I originally came to them for my wisdom teeth and later returned for another extraction because I trusted their care. The only downside was Yolonda's communication over the phone. She came across as dismissive, aggressive, and lacking empathy during a stressful situation. In person, however, she was much more pleasant. Overall, the dental team and doctors were excellent, and I'm very grateful for the care I received.

My review for Dr. Tomar is out of honesty and based on my experience with her and my previous dentists. No bias, not too critical of her. ------------------------------------------------------ Original review: Yesterday I experienced an extremely violent teeth cleaning. I had experiences with different dentists in both California and Washington. Dr. Tomar is the one that caused me the most pain and bleeding. Not just this time, but a few times. This will be my last time visiting this dentist. She was extremely impatient and careless during the process, ignoring my pain, did everything in a rush. Previously, I thought the pain was because she was just trying to clean my teeth very thoroughly as I saw all the 5 star reviews here. But she scratched around my gums really carelessly and violently. This level of pain and bleeding is very abnormal for me. (I floss daily and get cleaning every 4 months.) I should have trusted my body's feelings and move away from this dentist much earlier. It was a really traumatic experience, the damage of the violent scratches to the enamel is irreversible. She also scratched the back of my tongue, which I have never experienced in any other dental clinic. One last thing: During the dental cleaning, Dr. Tomar was repeatedly digging deeply and pulling extremely hard with the scaler tool vertically at the bottom of a crown. ‍That crown was made by my previous general dentist Dr. Avina Adamiyat in Palo Alto, California. I also got root canal on that tooth. This tooth with crown is my weakest spot. I bled a lot around that tooth thanks to Dr. Tomar. Good job Dr. Tomar. ‍ Luckily that crown was made too good by Dr. Avina Adamiyat, it stayed strong after Dr. Tomar's violent operation, and I felt mild pain around that tooth for only 48 hours but discomfort is still there as of today. I will have an X ray to check whether the tooth with crown is indeed all good, not in your clinic, Dr. Tomar. I don't know what's going on in your life or what I did wrong to you, but I don't deserve this.

I was asked to come back into the office to have the doctor look at it, I said OK. I arrived, I waited awhile, staff brought me back to an exam room and only then did they tell me there would be another exam fee and had papers for me to sign. Several things hit me, one being I had paid quite a bit of money for a previous exam, then the root canal, wouldn't a follow up on this one tooth be included? (usually it is), second is why did they not tell me this over the phone? Or at least when I first entered the office? I was upset they wasted my time, gas, and also that this Doctor Tomar could care less about her patients and only about how can I get more money out of them, or so it appeared to me... Since I have to pay to have it looked at again I chose to go to different dentist for a second opinion. I used to like this dental office, but not anymore....I would prefer that the doctor who treats my teeth actually cares, I feel more confident that they will then do their best work.

Dr. Wagner is great with diagnosis and has a calming bedside. In terms of stem cell treatment, I had my left hip done and while it took a good 6 months for the treatment to start reducing pain within a year I was like brand new. He never guarantees results carefully pointing out that while his success rate is very good some treatments don't work. And be careful getting counter advice from surgeons. There is big money in hip/knee replacement and the last thing they want is for some non-invasive treatment to cut into their cash cow.

He made a diagnosis of possible blood clots and sent me for some scans. He was correct my left leg had some blood clots. Prescribed Eliquis and will do a follow up in a month. I had a severe limp and I now can walk normally. I've never had a problem getting a timely appointment. This time I called 8am and was able to see Dr. Wagner at 11am. Can't recommend Dr Wagner enough.
