Last year we had several issues due to a electrical problem that was all covered under warranty. Our warranty company is renowned for being difficult, but Andrew worked with them and got everything covered. When the wrong refrigerator was ordered he and his crew ended up installing it twice. We are full-time RVers so we can't just leave our camper at the dealership for months at a time and hope that they will get to it in a timely fashion. Andrew comes to us and he gets things fixed quickly.

And that was my first impression that he wanted to help. I explained our problem, talked about extended warranty etc. and he also gave me his rates. We decided even if we had to get reimbursed that was fine and he was super knowledgeable over the phone. Said he could be there the next morning. So I gave him our address and set the appointment for 9-9:30 the next morning. He arrived on time and was fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. Gave us a fix after his initial diagnosis and if need be to have a total repair he'll come back. Cannot say more about how honest and efficient his service is. We felt like we lucked out finding him and would totally recommend his services.

At first it took a couple tries then started no problem. It's now progressed to not starting more than once a day. So basically if I go to work I can't get home and have to have it towed away or have someone pick me up. I have video and screenshots showing what it does but they still "can't figure it out" = waste thousands on unnecessary work but don't actually fix the problem. Two weeks later and still no return call. To be fair to the Blue Compass RV (FRANCHISE PARENT COMPANY), the 5 other FRANCHISE LOCATIONS I visited were responsive, extremely helpful,, and pristine.
