I appreciate the gentleman who approached me inquiring if there was a problem and what he could do to rectify the situation, but after the behavior of the front desk staff I didn't see a solution other than leaving. If you have a stall at this store, the rude behavior of the staff are costing you sales. Treating good customers like your worst customers is a dead end business model.

The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever I have questions or need an item put on hold. One thing I especially appreciate is how kind everyone is, including the security guards. The two usual security guards are always so sweet and have even grabbed my cart for me or put it away when I'm heading out. Small gestures like that really make a difference and make the store feel welcoming. Sometimes I'll take my dog in because we just come from the dog park and I don't want to leave him in the car and their always so sweet to him and I let him pick out a toy because he loves the toys here. Compared to some other TJ Maxx locations that can feel disorganized, slow to restock, or less friendly, this location stands out. The store feels safe, well maintained, and has a genuinely positive atmosphere. Everyone always smiles back and seems happy to help. I was actually fine with this because I understand that there are severe supply chain issues and people are doing the best they can under the circumstances. Stuff happens. However, it was annoying that we had to repeatedly contact them instead of them letting us know what was going on. Finally, in January, 2022, we received the stools after inquiring once again. They look nice but upon reviewing the invoice, there's a $199 delivery fee. WTF.

I contacted Roberto and he said he could cut them down and sew back together. I also had him make me some throw pillows to match the new table cloth I purchased. The long and the short of it, they are perfect! No one would ever know they were cut apart and sewn back together. They fit perfect, look perfect, and the throw pillows are so nice, with piping and hidden zippers. I'm so pleased and he did it all in two days. I highly recommend this business.
