I bailed out because if they do that what kid of reputation do they have. They even threaten me because I left them for Discount Roofing. I did not like that. After asking a friend for suggestions who really got hit in Lake Village IN, she suggested Discount Roofing so we set up an estimate with them. Mr. Alec arrived and did a thorough inspection. Found many imperfections due to the strong wind and hail damage that came with the Tornado. He explained everything in full detail. After I approved their service and obtained a check from my insurance company. My insurance made it complicated for me to cash the check as they wanted my mortgager to endorse it as-well by having me send check to them in California and wait who knows how long for it to get done. I informed of situation to Alec of Discount Roofing. He immediately took responsibility and said they will take care of it. He did take care of it because within 2 weeks I had worker putting on a new roof, siding and fix some interior imperfections caused by the Tornado. Forgot to mention that they use high quality material and offer lifetime warranty aswell. In addition they add tarp on the ground to catch all garbage and nails that may fly off roof. I am extremely satisfied with their work and now my house looks yet the best in the neighborhood....
