Compony blamed workers for sending them fails information and swore they would make it right. Long story short they haven't. It's been almost two weeks since then and still nothing from them. Jeff responds to quote requests very quickly (within a few hours) and answers all of your questions prior to setting up a job. I was having some lights replaced around various rooms in the house and before I purchased them, I showed Jeff the different options/measurements and he walked me through what would fit and what would be the appropriate height for the lower ceilings in my basement. On the day of our appointment, Jeff arrived right on time and wearing a mask. He's going through some medical treatments right now and so mask wearing isn't new to him. Although I'm sure COVID has made his work life a little more complicated. Jeff replaced three flush mount lights and put together a relatively large credenza/shelving unit, all in about 2-3 hours. He accepts online payments, FYI. Proud to be Honey-Do's first review here in Denver. Would totally recommend Jeff for future projects around the house.

After second message I sent him one asking if he was a Licensed Electrician. I mentioned to him how he quoted me two different quotes in less than a hour. Third & last message said only Yes. I didn't feel comfortable with his replies & felt he seemed untrustworthy, to me anyway. He did answer my request right away, I appreciated that. I did get another reply & he came & gave me a estimate. He will be doing the electrical work I need next week or two. I was very comfortable meeting & giving him the job. Thank you all.

Let me start off by saying that I am quite happy with the way my room turned out overall. It is a…read moreVAST improvement from what it looked like before. Mike and Ande are personable and pleasant enough to work with and will work with your budget. HOWEVER, I think my project might have been a bigger and more complex job than they are used to working (attic space in almost 100-year-old bungalow, NOTHING is standard), and on top of that they were having some personnel issues at the time that affected the work that was done. What should have taken around 6 weeks even with the delays we had, ended up taking closer to 12. Toward the end of the project you could tell that they were rushing to get the job done, and some detailing work suffered for it. Also, communication, organization, and scheduling definitely needs work. They're a small family business, so when personal stuff happens, I understand that will have some effect on the business side, BUT I still expect a certain level of professionalism from my contractors. I would text or call and sometimes not get a response for days or not get a response at all. To their credit, Mike and Ande are flexible and did schedule a time for touch-ups later, but after so much time, I felt I could handle the small touch-ups myself later on. Mike's a hard worker, and I could definitely see them doing well with smaller-scale jobs.
