I paid tens of thousands of dollars, and when I got my permanent dentures they didn't fit-not even close. They did a few adjustments and then said any further adjustments would cost $350 per adjustment (in addition to the $18,000 I already had paid.) They did not finish the job promised, and now I need new dentures. When I was told it would cost even MORE than paid, I told them absolutely not. Not one more cent. A week later I received a letter saying I was no longer welcome. The $1000 they offered in 'good will' was tied to a silence clause. Since then, I have someone who really knows what he's doing. I have needed a lot of work with the dentures from Smile Pro Studio at additional cost just to fit well enough to eat (top denture relining, bottom denture trimming and polish, then multiple adjustments to "kind of fit".). But speaking is an issue and therefore a new set will be made. My dentures made by Smile Pro Studio gave me a bad overbite, and was so off centered it looks ridiculous. Nothing was delivered as promised. Take note of the reviews. The most positive reviews are 7+ years old! Maybe things were better then, but I don't recommend and I was a new patient July 2024 - April 2025.

I was told at the end of May that a refund check would be sent to me. I had a filling done back in May and I paid the amount they estimated I would owe. Got the bill from the insurance and I should have only paid half the amount that was estimated. No big deal. I called and was told my card would be refunded or a check would be sent. Two months later- Nothing! The sad part is this is not the first time this has happened. Back in 2016 I had to have a filling and the same thing happened. Same amount of money stolen from me because they claimed the insurance would not pay as much as they actually did. They even went after my dad for money for my account. I have dental insurance and my cleanings are fully covered. My dad was told I had an outstanding balance. First, I am a grown adult. They should not be telling my dad anything. Second, I never received a bill in the mail and they have never charged me for dental cleanings in the 5 years I have had my own insurance. I am going to call tomorrow and give them another chance to make this right. As of now they have overcharged me about $130 over the past 2 years and I am not happy about it.

If you go for a service, you will have to make a full payment up front and then later they will process you claim to insurance. They are not sure if you will get a refund back. They will not tell you if whether your insurance covers the service. They do not care if you get your money back from the insurance they just want to be safe by taking the money from you. I am 21 and a student, and I pay for this out of my pocket. I had to pay 200 dollars just for checking if i need a root canal or not. The insurance company tells me that they do not cover that because they did something different. Really very disappointed with the team.

Everyone in our family had unpleasant dental experiences prior to going to RD. We have all overcome our fears due to Dr. Seybold and staff. I was able to get in the next week and he did some adjusting on the filling that was bothering me. He went over a few things, told me what could possibly be causing the pain, and made sure to numb before working on it to ensure I was comfortable the whole time. The entire work took years, longer than expected or was predicted, but is worth waiting for. A prosthodontist, Dr. Patel excels at her work, and her well trained assistants do some procedures. Everyone was attentive to details and my acute sensitivity to pain and discomfort, even with my OTC pain relievers. Dr. Patel discourages talk while she works and in surgery you may sit for long periods without breaks. She clearly explained all the work that was done. Her friendly assistants include Rosie, Juanita, Venita and Naimee, who welcomed me. The clinic is spotless, though not a spa. Implants are expensive and it cost me a huge amount (with almost no insurance). After all is said and done, I am happy to recommend Best Dental Spa.

Dr. Sanghavi and all her staff are incredibly friendly, easygoing and (this helps my anxiety a lot) non-judgmental. (When you feel anxious about your dental state, it is wonderful to have a team who wants to help you fix problems and improve, rather than judging you for how your teeth got that way.) Also, the whole team is wonderful with children - I brought my three-year-old son here recently, and he had a great first dental experience. The office is wonderfully clean, state-of-the-art, and comfortable. Their sterilization setup is excellent and they use high-quality, well-maintained instrumentation. (Full disclosure: I formerly worked for a dental instrument manufacturer and have experience in infection and quality control, so I pay extremely close attention to these topics.) The quality of treatment is wonderful - the procedures are painless and efficient. As for aftercare, the one time I needed to contact the office following a procedure, they were very supportive and readily addressed all my questions and concerns. Mount Prospect Smiles is an excellent practice - I recommend Dr. Sanghavi and her team to anyone looking for a great dentist for the long-term. Such a bad experience with the receptionist making an appointment. This review has nothing to do…read morewith the dentist herself but in my opinion, it shows the quality of the clinic, overall. I first called last week to make an appointment. The first thing I asked the receptionist is whether or not they accept my insurance. She stated they do accept my insurance so I go about scheduling my appointment. Next, I get a call a few hours later telling me she can't confirm my member ID and insisted on moving my appointment another day. Not once have I had an issue with any clinic in the past have an issue with my member ID. I firmly requested to keep my appointment since I am confident my member ID is valid. On the morning of my appointment, She did not call me to confirm everything is fine so instead I call and she was able to confirm with the insurance company it is good to go. I than drive 40 minutes to mount prospect, and 2 hours before my appointment, I get a call from her they don't Suddenly accept my insurance. I don't understand how hard it is to for her to do her due diligence and make sure the patients insurance is valid before wasting their time and money. I find it awkward to keep calling the clinic to make sure everything is fine with the member ID. Keep in mind, I don't ever leave reviews even if there were a few mistakes, but this was just pathetic. Worst of all, I did not receive an apology so here I am leaving this review. Do a better job!
