Perhaps if you're looking for general dental care, but stay away from Smile Pro Studio if you're in need of dentures. I paid tens of thousands of dollars, and when I got my permanent dentures they didn't fit-not even close. They did a few adjustments and then said any further adjustments would cost $350 per adjustment (in addition to the $18,000 I already had paid.) They did not finish the job promised, and now I need new dentures. When I was told it would cost even MORE than paid, I told them absolutely not. Not one more cent. A week later I received a letter saying I was no longer welcome. The $1000 they offered in 'good will' was tied to a silence clause. Since then, I have someone who really knows what he's doing. I have needed a lot of work with the dentures from Smile Pro Studio at additional cost just to fit well enough to eat (top denture relining, bottom denture trimming and polish, then multiple adjustments to "kind of fit".). But speaking is an issue and therefore a new set will be made. My dentures made by Smile Pro Studio gave me a bad overbite, and was so off centered it looks ridiculous. Nothing was delivered as promised. Take note of the reviews. The most positive reviews are 7+ years old! If you use a wheelchair, go here! I was going to a dentist that was just too small. It felt like they just put up with my wheelchair. I would be picked up and moved into the dentist chair and my wheelchair would be moved into some never used corner. But at smile pro studios they accommodated me. They did my cleaning while I sat in my wheelchair. I didn't have to make myself uncomfortable to ease other people. I had a wonderful experience! read more

My family dentist left the area in May 2023. Although a replacement dentist was provided, I decided to look elsewhere based on my specific needs. As a young child, I was attacked by a dog that left my front teeth broken. I've struggled with veneer and partial crowns breaking from 1988 until January of 2024. Ironically, a month after my dentist left the adjacent front tooth got fractured. Between the newly fractured front tooth and a partial darkening capped tooth, I knew something had to be done. After careful consideration, I found Smile Pro Dental. The location was perfect and the staff was accommodating and kind when they collected my intake information. I was a little anxious walking into my first appointment at a new practice, but my apprehension was immediately extinguished when I met Dr. Ann Maire Jardeleza. Not only did she put me at ease immediately by answering all of my questions, she provided me with a top notch cleaning. When I expressed my dental concerns she assured me that I would be in good hands with her partner, Dr. Zomorrodian. Days later, I was sent an incredible video from Dr. Zomorrodian. He outlined a plan and provided me with options. Although nervous, I decided to put my faith in the practice. Dr. Zomorrodian worked his magic to create the perfect veneer for me. I've been coming here for about two years now, mostly for my six month checkup/cleaning. The staff is always courteous and helpful. You can schedule your next appointment at the end of the current appointment so that you'll have it in your calendar. Dr. Z was okay. He consulted with me via video and email. Sylvia his assistant was nice, but didn't communicate after initial consultation. I called several times over a month and was told she was never available and she would call me back. She never did. When I looked for assistance in speaking with the Doctor or Sylvia, the receptionist deliberately turned the conversation into an adversarial conversation by saying that I was yelling at her when I wasn't. * An email exchange with Dr. Z* Hi Dr. Z, I'm really wondering... what concerning factors are a problem? The fact that I called your cellphone because nobody from your practice would call me back for about a month?? Or the fact that I want to know if I had the severe bone loss prior to the Doctor at my regular Dentist doing the very painful and audibly, bone breaking extraction of my front teeth? How would you feel if you were in my shoes? I have very high expectations for a medical professional and their staff. Communication is a key component to a successful relationship and your office staff didn't communicate any of your discomfort about giving your opinion of my xrays from my regular Dentist. Why am I being demonized for wanting to follow up and get an answer. By the way... in case you didn't hear me share with you, because you were irritated that I called your cellphone, I specifically told you that I asked Sylvia, very respectfully, and with great caution if I could have the xrays, prior to the butchered extraction from my Dentist sent to you for your review and opinion. Sylvia said it would be okay. However, again, nobody contacted me back. I did email her a few days after my Dentist sent them to your practice. I asked Sylvia if they were received. She said yes and that she would get back to me in a couple of days. However, she didn't. Even when I did reach someone at your office and asked if Sylvia was available, I would be asked to hold while they checked, then to be told that she isn't available and I'd be called back. Nobody ever called me back. I certainly didn't deserve to be ignored. I don't think many people would appreciate the non communication, and I'm sure you wouldn't have either. So again... what did I do wrong except call you on your cellphone? You.. the owner of the practice. And remember... I wasn't a solicitor. I was a valid patient trying my best to get help. Speaking from experience as a "frequent shopper" and seeing many dentists throughout the course of my life, I can tell you that AH Professional Dental is certainly one of the best! My husband started working in the burbs and didn't want to switch from his city dentist. He's a tough critic, but gave Dr. Z a try. Words can it describe how amazing the staff here is. Kind, caring, knowledgeable. I had a dental emergency and they took me right away and showed such professionalism. I have now convinced my adult children to use them as well. Dr Z is so funny and kind that you won't want to leave. Time for another root canal/crown - at 72 I've had a few. Been coming to this office for 30+ years - first with Dr. Lipschultz and now with Dr. Z. You can't do any better. I couldn't be happier with Arlington Heights Professional Dental. I have been seeing them for many years, and the values in patient care that began with Dr. Lipschultz continue on. Dr. Zomorrodian and his entire staff are truly caring and compassionate. I have had quite a bit of dental work done recently, and my experience is always wonderful! They are always on time. If my appointment is at 9:45, they are seeing me at 9:45 - consistently, no waiting for 15 minutes or longer. During my procedures, Dr. Z and staff are always checking in and asking how I am doing, if I need a break, etc - no rushing to get me out of the dental chair. But the patient care doesn't stop there - Dr. Z and staff call, sometimes a couple of days in a row, to check in and see how I am doing. It is refreshing to have such attentive practitioners.
