I only had an hour of lunch break and so I crossed my fingers hoping it would be done in time to run back to the office without prosecution . 20-25 mins later my vehicle was done and the technician told me I had two separate screws in the same tire. Again, I asked how much I owed and I got the same response "nothing". I am not a returning customer nor had I ever set foot in the business so I was waiting for the hidden fees that never came. What troubled me was seeing my car being driven away by a mechanic. I asked Andres why this occurred, and he said "I have no idea. I will ask him." The manager, Kathy/Cathy came out and tersely told me that the mechanic was doing a "Test drive" and that they do this before and after they work on a car. That is nonsense! I have had tires put on, brakes done, and fluid changes before but there was never a test drive. And Kathy/Cathy was quite "Snappy" with me because I saw my car being driven away. The gentleman who I was working with, Andres, didn't know why the mechanic drove away, and next, I was being fed a line of B.S. Superior Tire has lost my business and that of two associates who referred me to Superior Tire. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this business.
