I personally could have ordered the part for a little over $100. To add on to that they ran a "mandatory" diagnostic on my car even after i knew what was wrong and 100% DID NOT ask them to run. After, i decided to just replace the part myself and get my car towed home due to their pricing being unrealistic. They said that I would still have to pay them the diagnostic charge of $200 DOLLARS! This company is greedy, has unrealistic pricing, and is not willing to work with customers who are low on funding. DEFINITELY don't recommend.

I showed up to my appointment with all my entertainment stuff, as I thought I would be sitting in the waiting area until my car was fixed. But Jim offered to drive me home to wait since he had to go that way for a short errand. So that was really nice. My appointment started at 10am, and I had my car back around 3pm. All fixed up! Plus a random extra bolt put in place to stop my exhaust from rattling, so that was cool! The price was certainly reasonable.
