On or about 05-12-2026, my mother purchased the trailer from your dealership. The transaction…read moreinvolved numerous issues that constitute unfair and deceptive practices, particularly given her age and limited understanding of the complex add-ons and fees presented at signing. Material Non-Conformities and Defects in the Trailer: Awning not installed Rooftop tent installed on the wrong side, covering and obstructing the solar panels Ceramic coating most likely not applied as represented Electrical components showing sun damage Propane tank is rusty Roof rack is rusty Ladder and attached ladder roof hardware not installed Unnecessary, Undisclosed, and Misunderstood Fees and Add-Ons: $2,290 for a two-year protection plan she did not request and which is redundant with the insurance policy already provided. $1,599 for paint protection that was not applied, not requested, and not understood. Battery service plan she did not understand or request. Bluetooth brake control she does not understand or need. PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) for a travel trailer that her vehicle does not require. Hundreds of dollars in filing fees and taxes, and failure to offer her the option to tag and register the trailer herself. My mother did not fully understand many of these charges at the time of signing, and they were not adequately explained. Several appear to be unauthorized upsells or redundant products. These practices, combined with the physical defects and the earlier incident where she waited over six hours for promised vehicle service (forcing her to walk in the rain), demonstrate a clear pattern of taking advantage of an elderly customer.

There is nothing fun about our experience with this service department, worst experience I've ever…read morehad dealing with a repair, should have been and easy awning replacement and after two separate time we took our motorhome into them both times they had it for over two weeks (which we live in it so while in there shop had to find other living situations). We now have an awning that is still not functional and needs more work. This was paid by insurance upfront and they tried to charge us additional money. They are not honest, they do very poor work and have multiple different explanations on what is wrong. I would never recommend there company to anyone I know. We will finish the job paying out of pocket elsewhere due to how bad they have treated us.

Car was dirty but I overlooked it, my bad. Should have been warned that was just the beginning. Car…read morestarted making funny noise, engine light came on, air conditioning was a question mark, they were not sure if not connected or just needed recharge. Had to call a couple of times to remind about getting plates and after saying they would send them had to go pick up from them. Took car to shop for engine light, noise and air conditioner. Noise was because motor mount bolt was very loose, light is because of several sensor issues and air conditioning was missing a hose and not hooked up in any way. Had not been for some time and whole system is very dirty and will cost me $1600 or more to fix. The others issues are being worked on as car is not safe to drive. Not sure how much this is going to end up costing. When I went in to Parr's I told him I needed reliable, safe transportation as I have a disabled daughter and have to go to lots of places for her care. Told him didn't have a lot of money to spend but but didn't expect to be sold a money pit. When I called back about issues was told they would "tighten" the bolt. Lot more work involved than that....basically tough sh*& for me. Buyer beware. Don't buy from here.

Reasonably priced and the owner Lowell, who is an awesome guy and a straight shooter, actually puts…read moremoney into the vehicles and repairs them before sale. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable car!

I tried this RV center service department for the first time, in January of this year. I needed…read morerepairs on my 5th-wheel trailer. The awning had been bent in a wind storm, the rooftop A/C units weren't working, my electric heat on my water heater wasn't working and I needed a pre-season check up on my trailer before camping. I came in also because of a 10% discount coupon on parts and labor. I forgot to drop off the coupon when I delivered the trailer. When I realized this I called the service department and was told it was OK to bring it in when I picked up the trailer. McCord ordered parts for my awning, determined my A-C units were fine and I just needed new thermostats. They replaced the electric switch on my water heater, and made other minor repairs. I am very pleased with the repairs. HOWEVER, I forgot to bring my coupon out of my truck and present it when I picked up the trailer and paid the full amount for the repairs. ONLY right afterwards as driving home with the trailer, did I remember again that I didn't present the coupon. I rushed back and spoke to the service department representative. He tried, but said I was too late and couldn't get the discount because it wasn't presented before charging the final invoice. SUCH FRUSTRATION and LOSS OF SAVINGS because I didn't get the coupon to them in time. That's the only sour thing about my experience. I figure I lost over $200.00 because of that. UPDATE!! McCord's Service Department just called and they just figured out how to rectify my problem and refund the coupon value back to me. Big Kudos to McCord's Service Department for sticking with it and coming to a very happy resolution for me.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Campers Choice…read more We dropped our trailer off on June 5 with a clear list of requested work: seal the roof, repair or replace the skylight, caulk the windows, and service the A/C (or replace it if necessary). On the way to the shop, we also had a tire blowout that caused additional damages and insurance getting involved. After having our trailer for nearly three weeks, we received a call saying it was ready. We were told the tires had been replaced, the wheel bearings repacked, the inspection completed, and the skylight repaired. However, before we picked it up, we received another call admitting the skylight had not actually been repaired. When we arrived, we also discovered the A/C had not been serviced and the window caulking had not been done either. My biggest frustration isn't just that the requested work wasn't completed--it's the lack of communication and being told repairs were finished when they were not. After waiting three weeks I expected honest communication and for the work we requested to be completed or, at the very least, to be informed if it couldn't be. We had to call many times for updates and to ensure our trailer would be usable by the 4th of July weekend. After picking up the trailer on June 26th we had requested a manager to call us and were told he would call on the 27th. Today is July 1st and still no call to date. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling frustrated, disappointed, and unable to trust the information I was given. I hope Campers Choice improves its communication and follow-through so other customers don't have a similar experience.
