I brought my furnace in to have the repair guy replace a wire on the igniter. They said they'd call when it was done. We had a storm warning coming in later that night, I called them at 5pm and the gal says, oh yeah, it's sitting here ready to go. The repair guy said he'd call when it was ready, cuz we explained it's our only source of heat. He never called. And the lady that answered said he was alread gone. You can come tomorrow and pick it up. Well the storm comes in and they are closed because of the storm! And Christmas eve and Christmas day they are closed! Stopped in today to browse around in wonder of all the custom RV parts. I'm a new RV owner and was helped by Curtis who had all the answers and showed me right to the items I needed. The staff also honored my medical exemption from wearing a mask, this goes a long way in today's society where I can still feel welcome as a regular customer, all their safety practices are top notch as well. I personally did not have a good experience with U-Neek RV service centre. they have poor crafmanship no quality control measures, as they did not clean up debris ie. left staples sawdust pieces of wood in the trailer. They tried to install a non matching skylight. Over tighten screws and cracked housing to two skylight housing, bent curtain rod used bed plywood as platform and now has a permanent sag. They treated us as if it were our fault and they were doing me a favor. Called once and left a message with receptionist and never returned my call. read more

Stopped by Uneek (June 17th about 1035am) to look at Terry Classic Retro Trailer I saw while heading up I5. Talked to two stone faced employees who said it was indeed on the lot, but it sold and I couldn't look at it. They didn't say "May I locate one for you,?" Or, "I've got a similar model I can show you..." Nothing, they just said "You can't look at it..." Even when I said, "May I do a walkaround of the exterior?" "No..." Okay! I've been into the store several times for several different things for my RV. The customer service is A+++ I don't know the proper terms for parts so I say things like, "the thingy...you know" and with a few easy questions, they do know! One guy named Adrian we call "The RV Whisperer" They have a huge inventory and if they don't have what you need they will order it for you and have it for you within a few days. We had already started the purchasing purchase with the down payment (They require that to start the financing quote). Since we purchased our trailer from UNeek RV we have had nothing but problems. UNeek's service center repeated misdiagnosed manufacture issues till the warranty was up, then then manufacture refused to make any corrections. They sell poorly designed products and are either (a) to ignorant to diagnose and repair, or (b) in bed with unethical manufacturers. Do NOT purchase from them or use there service. read more

My wife and I have been looking for a travel trailer to take to Boise to live in for a while, to see if we want to live there before buying a house. On the way back from riding my dirt bike outside of Castle Rock, I stopped here since it was on the way home to Vancouver. After a couple of minutes of milling about, clearly looking like I needed some help, I finally asked one of the men watching me if he could help me. Well, as others here have mentioned, he took me through the hall of salespeople to a small desk area that was "fenced in" for lack of a better term. And just as others mentioned, he would not even consider taking me out to show me anything till I could tell him exactly what I wanted. Well, I didn't know exactly what I wanted, that's why I was here. He blamed the Covid-19 situation but obviously its the normal procedure. At one point he asked me what my budget was, which at that time was $30,000. He then said "if you see something you like, you can spend more than that right?" Then he said something similar a few moments later but this time he ended it with "we can agree upon that, can't we?" And still no offer to show me anything in person, just dug out a couple of brochures. He kept trying to get my phone number so he could call me if something came in he thought I would like. I wish I would have now. Why? So I could show him pictures of the brand new trailer I bought from Curtis Trailers. And he was absolutely right, I would be willing to spend more if I found something I liked. He was very well versed in the classic hard core closing tactics that one learns at those scam sales training seminars and he attempted to use several on me. I sold motorcycles for more than 20 years so I know every trick in the book. And I despised those tricks and refused to use them when I was the salesman so I despised them even more as the customer. So unless you live in the Longview area, I would suggest you go to either Curtis Trailers in Portland or Blue Dog RV in Portland. Both of those places took a lot of time showing me numerous models, all the while applying the current Covid guideline nonsense. read more

Went to pick-up our new trailer to find that the front lights were removed and the wires taped up. They said they tested them and they were burned out, so they ordered new ones from the factory. That would have been nice to know prior to us driving 2-hours to pick up our trailer. They called and said the lights had arrived and that I need to make an appointment to get them installed. I asked if they could do a service call to my house to install them since I lived 2-hours away and they said no. So I guess I will be installing them myself. We stopped at this RV Center after having an unexpected blowout on our tow behind trailer on the way to Florence Oregon Sand Dunes. We had all three of our boys with us ages seven, two, and two months. Having a blowout is a stressful thing without adding the elements of three small children. We needed a small part which we were able to locate and purchase at this RV Center very easily thanks to the staff and they're amazing help. They also offered us to fill up our tire that was just replaced with air which was fantastic cause it saved us a stop at a gas station. The staff were friendly and helpful. I brought my ice cream van here fully expecting to spend $800+ on fold out steps? But due to the vans construction which is different from a R.V. it was not to be? if attempted the steps would not support the constant use weight wise I was told! They could just as easily outfitted me with such a thing as I'm pretty ignorant myself about such things? So instead a platform leg folding step for a total Bill of only $105. even though these folks here could not help me they were honest with me and saved me money? Took our trailer in for dry rot repair and leak that had previously supposedly been fixed before by them. Was called to pick up after repaired, got home and found hydraulic bracket had been torn off door and left inside entry, had a new piece of trim on wall (was explained wall was rippled) did not like old used trim (only on one wall) so had them remove it. No rippling just a few missing pieces of vinyl off the paneling. Found screw and sawdust on rug and a couple scrapes on leather sofa where it looked like plywood edge had scraped it. Paid $1500 for removing and replacing caulking of all four upper corners and front and rear cap seams. Top of back rear cap wasn't touched and that's where leak was. Called to complain and Tim, came out to fix entry door, called again about caps not done and Tim said he would come by and check, still waiting. I personally would not recommend and will not be returning there again after using them for several years. read more

We purchased a brand-new Lance in May 2016. The roof has been leaking since our purchase and is now in the shop again for the 4th. time. We have barely been able to use it. The service manager is a real piece of work. He offered nothing in the way of compensation (free camping nights eg). He never offered to contact Lance for us. He also said that we need to inspect the roof on a regular basis, as if somehow it was our fault that the roof has been leaking since day one. He showed no empathy for the situation-no apology for the inconvenience. $25,000 for nothing. read more

When purchasing a trailer we thought we were doing business with a dealer that would stand behind the product they were selling but when it came time to make warrantee repairs we found out differently. We were told "we are not the Manufacturer, we only sell the trailers". We purchased a 2015 Forest River trailer with a hinged bunk bed in December 2014. After 10 months the unused bunk bed came loose from the wall. It was still under warrantee so we took our trailer back to UNeek for the repair. It seems that they did the minimum fix which was to re-secure the bed (put in longer screws) but not reinforce the bed. When I pushed back on this fix I was told to contact the Manufacturer because UNeek had no choice, the fix had to be to the Manufacturer's specifications. So, I contacted the Manufacturer and was told a request to reinforce the bed was never submitted by UNeek and that the dealer had to put in a request in order for it to be authorized. Bottom line....the dealer and the manufacturer kept pointing fingers at each other. UNeek's tech fix "keep checking to see if the screws need to be tightened because they may come loose again". Unbelievable...who is accountable here? Not the dealer and not the manufacturer! 11-6-15 we picked up our trailer today. The customer service was much different then when we purchased the trailer. Today the employees were extremely unfriendly and on the borderline of being rude. We were handed the keys, the trailer was left at the gate and there was a sticky note on the bed with lifting instructions. It seems once the RV is purchased and warrantee work is complete the customer service isn't important anymore. I paid for my rv in full, here we are 6 months later and I receive a phone call stating that you guys forgot to charge me for the extra battery I had put on it. My family has recently grown and we will be looking for a larger rv and will not be buying from you. Everything is locked up so you can't go in and look at them we were there for over 15 min and were never greeted. We left and will be buying from someone else. My husband and I are supremely happy with our new camper from U-Neek RV. We should've paced ourselves because we bought one less than a year ago and traded it in, but they made the process easy. They gave us lots of good deals and the parts guy who walked us through the inspection (Dan, I think?) was excellent and didn't talk down to us, but made sure we asked as many questions as we needed to. We purchased a toy hauler trailer from U-Neek RV in October of 2016. We verified with the manager that we would be able to service the trailer at their site. When we had an issue with our generator the service manager told us they don't to generator warranty work. He told us we could take it to a repair store in town. I called the repair store in town only to be told they couldn't help me. He then told us we had to take the trailer 30miles to have it repaired. When I called the dealer 30 miles away to make an appointment I was told the generator had to be taken to a Cummins Northwest store to have warranty work done, that's 60 miles away. It's sad that the manager wasn't honest about the services they offer and the service manager doesn't know where the generators need to be taken for repair. read more

I became disabled because I took chemo therapy (Come to find out The local cancer center lied to me regarding the cancer and chemo). I had some back pay coming to me, and asked Social Security if I could use this money to replace the RV that I live in. SSD said get U-Neek RV to give some kind of quote on how much it will cost to replace the roof, get a stove, a refrigerator and fix the pluming then they will release the money. We all know that to replace these thing is an outrageous bill for a trailer estimated value of $3000.00. Robin from SSI office called U-Need RV and asked them for this quote and she stated that the person she had spoken too said that I didn't need to pull my RV to them to get it. So I and my husband went to U-need RV and spoke to them and the service manager refused to assist Saying you have to bring the RV to me. This is my home, I can't put the pets in the rain, I can't live in the rain, I can't put my personal belongings in the the rain. The problem with is: This is my local business, I want to support local business however, because I am now disabled I cannot get one local business to assist me with a place to live when I can pay for that place. I once again had to go outside of our local area to purchase a new RV (money that could have gone to support our local area was used to support others who do not contribute to our local area). I will not support local businesses who refuse to work with those who use their services because they don't like disabled people. The service manager lied to the SSI worker, denied me a place to live, and refused to ask questions so we could work together in a clear manner, and I was once again humiliated attempting to work with local business. I am thinking about sending this complaint to a Civil Rights worker so I can find out if others with disabilities have made any complaints. read more

Run, don't walk in the opposite direction. They play psychological games with you during the sales "process". The tack on all sorts of extra charges for nothing. On a 2 month RV trip, we had a tree branch damage our drivers side small convex mirror. We went to the local Napa Auto, but no luck. They did tell me about U-Neek RV, so we decided to drive the 30 miles, and give them a try. We arrived shortly before closing, and spoke to a young lady at the counter. Luckily, I brought the Velvac part number with us. She looked it up, and had one at the warehouse. We bought it of course, and she said it could be here by the time we left our campground the next day. She thought ahead and said she could forward it to our next destination once we were there if I prepaid the shipping, so I did. It didn't arrive in time the day we left, so she called us, got our new site info, and shipped it out that day. It arrived two days later in perfect condition, and we had a new mirror in about 5 minutes. Long story short, thank you Napa for referring U-Neek RV. And to the young lady at U-Neek RV, you have superb customer service skills! I'm sorry I don't have a name to single you out...great work! read more

The response to this from the owner is ludicrous. The trailer has siding that is not attached to the trailer and mold smells in the interior. We said we would purchase the trailer if they would repair the damage we found since they stated they thoroughly inspect all their trailers and fix what is wrong. They did not offer to repair the loose siding. This issue would be overlooked by someone who did not know how to properly 'sight' a trailer, meaning you look straight down the sides from both the back and front sides and the front and rear from end to end and look for irregularities. It also can be missed if you do not press on all the trailers siding to determine if it is attached. If you repaired the issue, why were we not contacted to purchase it as we said we would? I can do a better inspection of an RV than your service department so perhaps you should hire me to check out the trailers you take in for trade or buy from who knows where. I have noticed you have a plausible answer for every negative response but you can't justify it in this situation. We inspected, we found the issues and reported them to two salespeople and it appears you are willing to sell a rotting trailer to an unsuspecting buyer. How do you live with yourself? Profit over people? The money spent at your dealership is hard earned and people are trusting what you and your salespeople state is fact. How do you live with yourself? read more

Went to uneek to take a look at what they had for toy haulers. There is no way to get into their lot other than through there sales cave in which a salesman can grab you and force you to give your information in order to look, yes, just look at a unit. When I told the salesman I just wanted to browse, I was told that I couldn't without giving him my information. Absurd. Later I figured I would give this company the benefit of the doubt, called the sales department and asked for the manager. After a brief hold a gentleman came on the line claiming to be the manager, I told him what had happened, he then proceeded to tell me that what had been done was correct and that they do things a bit different at uneek rv. Apparently what I went through was the norm, my advice, stay clear of uneek rv. read more

I bought a rpod from Uneek Rv and I am very satisfied with my experience! I had been searching for 3 weeks for a new trailer and Uneek had a great price on the one I was looking for. The price was far below what a competitor in the Seattle area was selling the trailer for. The salesman ( Arnie) was low pressure and very easy to work with. After the sale, they spent about 45 minutes walking me through every aspect of the trailer and gave me important information about using the trailer. I really do not understand some of the other critical reviews, my experience was very positive. read more

I would not recommend this company to anyone. This company claims to be 3 generations strong but has seemed to of lost its integrity along the way. To make a long story short My wife and I purchased a new trailer from this company and had issues from the beginning with water leaks. Now this has been a long battle between myself, Uneek and pacific coach works. One claims the trailer was poorly made the other claims the service department doesn't know how to fix issues. But at the end of the day the customers are the ones with the loss and not them. We purchased a 2015 Bullet 248RKS travel trailer at U-Neek RV in Kelso, Washington. We had received a written quote for the trailer with added options and agreed to purchase the trailer. On June 4, 2015, we signed a contract and made a down payment. During a casual inspection of the trailer at that time two discrepancies were noted. One, a snap on a curtain would not snap, and two, an outside compartment door would not close. We were to pick up the trailer two weeks later with the two items fixed plus a most intense and thorough pre-delivery inspection of all systems and appliances on the trailer. At time of pick up, we were given a very good walk through of the trailer and I believed all system and appliances were explained. The snap on the curtain and the outside door were not corrected. One option that was purchased in the written quoted price was a water line antifreeze valve and inlet tube for winterizing the trailer. Our trailer delivery man, Dan, said that it was under a wood cover by the bed at the 12 volt water pump. After waiting for the snap on the curtain and outside door to be fixed, we took it home the 40 miles to Oregon. In the next few days of playing with the systems and starting to personalize the trailer, a few more discrepancies were noted that should have been found in a most thorough and intense pre delivery inspection. With all of the sewer holding tanks dumped and empty, one tank read 1/3 full at the systems monitor panel. A drip at the fresh water tank drain was also noted. The water pump would not shut off and a loose hose fitting was found and tightened. These items made me question the most thorough inspection, so I wanted to see the antifreeze weatherization valve and tube. After removing the wood cover at the water pump, it was discovered that indeed the valve and tube were not there. I phoned U-Neek on June 26, 2015 and tried to explain my situation. I talked to three people that day. There was no resolution or any indication that I should expect any. After several more phone calls and emails, they have mailed the antifreeze valve kit to our home on August 7 with an email that they will install it if I deliver the trailer to their site in Kelso Washington. I would need to return the trailer to U-Neek, approximately 80 miles round trip, if I wanted the antifreeze valve, as quoted, with no compensation for my time or travel expense. I was told when I left U-Neek with the trailer that the valve that was paid for was there. It is clearly their mistake and I believe that U-Neek RV should compensate me for either my travel to their facility or for me to have the valve installed at our house. I made eye contact with the "parts" manager and she just sat there on her cell phone for five minutes talking knowing I was there. Took my Toyhauler there 2 1/2 months ago for collision repair. I was promised a two week turnaround. Two MONTHS later, I was told my job wasn't a priority and it MIGHT be done in a few weeks. They placed a temporary patch on the damage so I could at least use it for the rest of the summer. After getting the trailer home, I noticed two tail lights missing. After a few conversations with the shop, I was told "we don't just give parts away". They are completely unwilling to make this right. Insurance already paid them $3000 so apparently there's no incentive for them to work on it until business slows in the fall. I told them I will take the trailer somewhere else to be repaired and I will NEVER do business with U Neek RV again. This is what you get when you shop local. It's worth driving 45 minutes to Portland where they understand what customer service means. Stay away!!!! read more

BEWARE OF BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS. My wife and I went to the Portland RV show at the expo center and saw a price on a toy hauler at the U-neek rv display. We asked the gal in the trailer about the price posted on the trailer where you walk up the rear ramp. I said that seems like a really good price. She said if it is posted on the trailer we have to sell it at that price. I said ok lets do it. She went and got some other guy to do the paper work. After doing a bunch of paper work he informed me that was not the price of this trailer. That one is for an 18 foot trailer not this one (32 foot). This is the quintessential bait and switch. They would do nothing for me to make up for their so called mistake. The price was deliberately put on the 32 foot trailer to lure people in. What started out as a great experience when we bought our trailer from Uneek RV ended up as a nightmare when we went back for service. We initially took our trailer in to have a propane line replaced because of a leak, have TV mounts installed, an awning on the tip out and several other miscellaneous repairs. Three weeks and a very large bill later we are so dissatisfied with the service. Took three weeks to get the trailer back, excuse number one... Because the guy working on the trailer got sick. Could nobody else do the work? The original propane leak was never fixed, but we were charged for a new manifold and replacement of other "leaks" that we did not know existed. They insisted that we bring out the TV we were going to use to make sure they mounted it in the right place... They mounted it so it covers the radio and one cupboard door will hit it when it is opened... They left a rag on top of the tip out under the new awning, luckily we noticed it and it didn't get stuck when we put the tip out in and cause a problem with the tip out. They didn't clean up after they did the work and we found what looks like BLOOD on the ceiling and door... When I discussed a few of there issues with Tim, the manager, he only made excuses for the poor service and made no attempt to fix our bill and maybe not charge us for services we didn't ask for or need, or attempt to compensate us for the awful experience. read more

I bought a $25 trailer tongue caster wheel at U-Neek RV that totally fell apart within a month on its second use (rated for 1,200 lbs and only had 200 lbs weight on it). I took it back for a refund or replacement, thinking it would not be a problem since the problem was obvious and I had a receipt. I was quite taken aback when they wouldn't give me a refund or a replacement, and instead said they had to send it back to their supplier for confirmation that it would be covered under warranty. I didn't have any other options, so I left the receipt, the part, and my name, address, and phone number. I then went and bought a better (and less expensive) replacement caster elsewhere. A month later I still had not heard anything from U-Neek, so I went back to find out what was going on. Their computer records showed that a replacement part they received from their supplier as credit for my defective part was on their shelf for sale. So they then agreed they would give me a refund, which they did. During my interactions with them, not once was there any hint of an apology for selling an inferior part, or for my inconvenience, or for their total lack of follow-through in resolving the problem. Instead, I felt like their management behaved like I was a nuisance, and it was all my problem. read more
