They lay people off, rehire them. Its a retial CRAP SHOW. Sent a firearms in for repair under there protection plan. The employess, called once or twice a week and did nothing. After two months, I called corporate and figured it out in 30 mins , after meesssing with me for 2 months! You know, I only have a few m ore pruchases before all the laws get awful and I am actually happy. Happy, that these thieves will never, ever get my money again.

No I thought you were being helped. Totally weird interaction. I have never seen this person before. It was like she knows me and chose to ignore me. Totally bizarre behavior.
