He didn't send me a picture. He was patient with me even though I called back couple times to make corrections on the spellings. Then the next day I show up, he has 3 trophies ready that looks nowhere near the quality of what I sent him. He then shows me a picture. He says he sent me pictures that I never got. It's a little too late. I didn't want to argue with the guy becuz he is stoic and seemed like I was a nuisance to him. I decide not to even ask about the fourth trophy because he was making me feel uncomfortable. I just rushed out the store after paying the bill. He then response back to me demanding that I change this rating. The rating of my satisfaction on the experience I had with the products and services he provided. All of it gave my item the touch it needed for a perfect celebration gift.
