The service was amazing!! I came from another dentist who completely did a horrible job. The temporary crown wouldn't stay on nor the permanent. I had a disgusting flavor and smell coming from my mouth because the temporary crown and the permanent wasn't set right. Food was getting in. From the moment Dr. K put my temporary on there was no smell it actually stayed on and when I got my permanent even more amazing! I would highly recommend Dr. K!! My sister went to Dr Khalilinejad and had very nice things to say about him and his staff. I set up an appointment for a consultation. I had X-rays done the dr let's you know what you need done. He is not pushy at all you decide what you want him to work on if you have more than one issue. The office staff writes up a list of what you need done and the pricing. His office is opened every other Saturday so that is convenient Incase you can't go during the week. So far all three of my appointments I've had no waiting. Your comment is a flat out lie Your staff literally called my days before I had my 19 th appointment scheduled , it's at that time I rescheduled for the 27 th And when I got reminder the call on the 27 th for that morning is when your staff said she would apply the 30.00 cancellation fee to my normal cleaning fee. Which I then replied that was not right and abuse of the practice. Get your staff to get their story straight before making senseless comments. Your a professional, you should act like one. And you should know HIPPA laws better than anyone else. Staff sending mass Threatening text saying a $30 dollar cancellation will be applied and enforced and telling people it's usually $60. I still have a very loose upper tooth thanks to this clown dentist. We as a family unfortunately been coming to this dental office for the past 4 years. We always paid our co-payment each time we visited this office. The front desk employee known as "Ignacio" always assured us what amount was the co-payment and what amount is to be billed to my dental insurance. However the negligence of this dental office for failure to properly bill my dental insurance company for services provided. This has been going on since. I have requested full itemization of these charges on two or three occasions and each time I get excuse for why they cannot produce them. Now with the pandemic, after losing many patients this desperate and incompetent dentist, Shahram Valiani, D.D.S. sends us by total surprise a hand written billing statement to pay up $4629.00 or face collections. We called our dental insurance for answers and the dental insurance has told us that there was no record of any billing presented to them for services rendered at this dental office. My wife is now devastated by this. The case has since gone to collections. I am now going to file a formal complaint to the California Dental Board and to have this collection notice removed. read more

I would say Dr. K could be the best. I had a root canal. No pain, no problem, the crown is perfect. Great dental office & staff! I needed to have my wisdom teeth extracted, and I transferred here from my previous dentist due to being overcharged. I recently had them extracted by Dr. K himself, and the procedure went by so quickly and smooth!! I get anxiety when it comes to dental work/procedures, the dental assistant Roxy and Dr. K made me feel very comfortable. I was able to relax and they both kept checking in with me if I was okay and if I was in any pain the whole time. Dr. K is very gentle! I hardly felt a thing. His practice is filled with only the best staff, from the front counter, to the assistance and Doctors ever associate is a shining representation of what dental care should be like.
