The cleaning wasn't very thorough on either occasion and it turns out that they missed some problems that I'm now getting fixed at another dentist. To top it off, I didn't feel welcomed, at all. I came here during my lunch break because it was the closest dentist that had availability and they offered free consultation. Was a little worried because the place didn't have any reviews but I had been in pain all morning and my usual dentist didn't have openings. I was pleasantly surprised. Service was fast and the staff were friendly. Dr Lee had super light hands that I almost fell asleep. I didn't have to pay for the xrays and my tooth no longer hurts! Welcome dentistry surely are welcoming! It really is cozy compared to most dental offices I've been to in the past. The front office is very welcoming and so helpful especially Kyu! The office is really responsive to every question and any concerns or hesitations that I have. I got a root canal done elsewhere and have been putting off getting a crown until I saw welcome's ad in the paper. Was a bit skeptical at first because the prices were lower than I expected, but they had free exam and consultation anyway so decided to try. Figured there was nothing to lose. Actually, to my surprise, the facility was well kept and looked renovated. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all on trying to sell me something. Appreciated that very much as the reason why I stopped going to my other dentist is because they were more keen on making ends meet than looking out for their patients. With the free exam and consultation, I'd give this place a shot even if you already have another dentist. Wouldn't hurt to get 2nd opinion on things to make sure your existing dr didn't miss anything. read more

Great service, great price, and friendly staff The dentist is gentle and through. We went in for cleaning and found was told we needed to fill some cavities. Came back in a few weeks and was done very quickly. Our insurance covered it all and we ended up not having to pay any extra amount. The receptionist is very friendly and speaks English, Spanish, and Korean. He is very diligent and does a great job with scheduling and following up on appointments. We arrived for our 4pm appointment on time and waited less than 15 minutes before we were seen. We switched dentists a lot in the past but we have finally found our permanent dentist. We highly recommend this dentist to anyone in the area. read more

My family and I have been coming here for 2 years now Dr.lee is so great I like walking in and hearing Dr. Lee tell me good morning Pamela, it feel really good when the doctor knows you by name.I tell everyone to come here. Dr Lee is great he always take the time to make sure your okay, always does a great job he did a extraction on me 2 years ago he was so quick my sister didn't even get to finish her coffee when she was waiting for me. I also got my braces done I love how my teeth came out. As this is my first Yelp review, I found this dentist to be a really clean and friendly place. Equipment seems to be top of the line by being able to see great quality images of your teeth on a TV screen in every room. Greedy money grabbing dentist who isn't that good at his work. I got three teeth fillings for cavity. They charged me extra because "a part of the cavity for one tooth was touching an adjacent tooth". They count that as two teeth treatment. What's even more messed up is that the dentist didn't completely remove all the cavity from the teeth and filled up the teeth with fillings. It's been 6 months since I got the treatment and I have to go to another dentist to remove the fillings, get my teeth drilled again to remove the cavity that spread because the dentist didn't completely remove it at once, and then get the fillings done again. I asked the dentist two weeks after the treatment why I'm still experiencing pain in the cavity removed area. He said it was because the cavity was deep. But the truth was he didn't completely remove the cavity. I can't say that it was on purpose to create repeat visiting patients as a business tactic because I don't have proof but I'm utterly offended at how the treatment turned out. read more

Everyone was nice and friendly, office was clean, and well kept up with the latest dental mechanics. They had an X-ray machine that I never saw in other dental offices which was nice. I went for a second opinion and I felt Dr. Sung Lee was being very honest, very practical and realistic for the patient's sake and not for their business sake which was very comforting.
