I called mid-day and their salesman reassured me that it would most like come by 2:30 PM. I called again at 4:45 , he then said it is still out for delivery. My day and time was wasted. The next day they called at 7:30 AM and delivered it. The item was damaged and had pink round sticker identifying the spit wood. I had no idea what the stickers were for, now the driver was gone and it's the weekend and they aren't open. Update: Shortly after posting my review, Dan (Owner/manager) called me personally and talked to me about what had happened. Dan was very professional and wanted to get me a new item to replace the damaged one right away. Dan drove the new item to my home within an hour of our phone call.
